Realistically we have the Blues covered in every area of the ground. Pies were a tough match and an okay loss all things considered (Umpiring), but these are the games where we really need to put the foot down.

This would be a more embarrassing loss than North in r1.

I know we don't often do straight midfield matchups, but Kennedy would be such a logical match up for Cripps. Reckon he'd really love the challenge.

Not sure about that. Carltons best is still very good and they will have a near full list to pick from. They actually won last week (and week before) on expected score so they aren't far off. I still think we should be winning but it won't be embarrassing by any stretch if we don't, we are still missing two All Australians from last year.

Putrid kicking inside 50 and putrid kicking for goal our the biggest issues atm. The rest of our game isn't completely awful but not great, mids been winning plenty of the ball and DeKoning is dominating around the ground.

We're going at like 14% conversion across both games for inside 50s to goals this year when last season we were the most efficient team per inside 50 in the comp.

Form slump? Garbage coaching? Will only really know as the season progresses.

Out of all the youngsters, I want games into Croft the most. He seems like he has a high ceiling.

I’d actually take Darcy out of the ruck equation altogether and have Naughton chop out Tim.

Lobb can take some D50 stoppages and Darcy can take some F50 stoppages if needed to help spread the load, but as far centre bounces go I’d rather Naughton there and leave Darcy home

I don’t mind Darcy rucking every once in a while. Frees him up a bit and lets him run around without a defender regularly whacking him across the head or kneeing him in the back. He would also make a helluva wall. Lastly, English is quite a competent forward.

I feel like the coin dropped with bevo last week in the last which saw naughton as 2nd ruck. Surely all the shows will confirm what he thinks that darcy should not leave the f50 and just kick it up on his head every time. Impossible to stop.

That with hopefully the dogs going to the afl umps and bringing up arm chops. He is literally impossible to defend
