You only see the negatives.

Cox helped Pies win a premiership, he was very good in the finals that year and has been a staple to the structure.

You don't see what the coaches see and you don't understand the intangibles and impact he has because you only see what you want to see.... can't be helped.

Cox draws multiple defenders every time the ball is kicked inside Pies forward 50 and he's in the pack. This allows the Pies smalls... which Pies have 4 of inside the forward 50 to have more time to act. The Pies strategy to have small, under sized but super quick forwards is not an accident.

Cox is older but still size can't be taught...

Pies need to develop one of their incoming talls to play forward and learn to be a decoy in the pack... at least under this McCrae structure.
Didn’t realise we had a coach on the board.

I don’t think Fly is so stubborn as to not change his approach, nor do I think it was an accident that we recruited a veteran tall forward who is better than Cox.

Cox didn’t play in the forward 50 against the Bulldogs. If he is selected, it would be as a second ruck.

I don't think Cox draws multiple defenders at all. He is so easy to move under the ball that it only requires one defender.

Blues are going to be under massive pressure - not only the coach but players are going to be highlighted.

Two things will happen.

1. This is a line in the sand moment and they will be breathing fire Thursday or

2. Voss is sacked and they will have a new coach sugar hit.

Either way, this has Collingwood lose written all over it.

We may as well not turn up, doesn't sound like we have a chance either way then

A bit of positivity wouldn't go astray.

We need to bring our A game. We can't afford to be slow or sloppy after the bye like we have been in previous years.

The AFL wont mind Carlton winning either as they have WCE and North after that and could be back to 3-3 and back in contention.

Just put my life savings on Carlton

They looked so unfit, tired and sore last night. Schultz, Beau and Long should be an absolute nightmare for them.

We saw once the game opened up, Dale was carving them up from half back. Imagine what Houston, Jaicos and IQ could do.
Pendles got a good view of the bluebaggers last night, time to pick them apart.

All that stuff yes fires up teams initially but in the end class will shine through

I expect us to go away in 3rd as per bulldogs game
If we had kicked better we would have beaten bulldogs by 4-5 goals and they had the 100 year thing going
Just need to kick straighter this week

Last week you had Crisp being suspended. It’s not the club. It’s you.

Worst post of the year candidate

I am yet to be convinced that 3Ms are better than 2M’s and a Cox
