What's the weather looking like for Sunday? I'd keep Henry as the sub personally, with no VFL game on. If we lose a mid rotation we can swing Billy in there a bit more, not totally ideal but could work

Beer is compulsory. For bathing, washing dishes and drinking. It’s the very fabric that binds the faithful together. Until the day of the great gathering when we drink for three days and explode in an organism of IPA glory.

Changes as expected.

Bianco was better than Carmichael last week and has a greater chance of securing a spot if his form continues.

In all likelihood he makes way when JDG returns, but if he builds on last week it's tough to leave him out. Correct call that he's the one to get the extra opportunity ahead of Carmichael.

Pretty subjective assessment really. Different rather than better IMHO. Bianco an extra 25% TOG for 4 less possessions, but his ball use was really good compared to Carmichael. Would come down to roles within the team, Bianco the outside runner, Carmichael smashing bodies at the coal face.

Some of Biancos handballs out of congestion were brilliant

Finally, a use for IPA.

The age is smoking some crack then,
Carmichael scored a nice goal and had a couple of nice kicks when he got space but was otherwise average. Spent most of the game hack soccering it out of the stoppage. 24 kicks no handpasses isn’t a good thing for an inside mid.

While I can understand the rationale behind this weeks selection I'm still uneasy about having such a great young talent in Henry out of the 22.

The retention of Bianco is an interesting one and if he can back up his performance from last week I can't help but feel him and WHE are essentially playing the same role and they'll be fighting it out to see who gets retained when De Goey is right to return or if we decide to change up the mix.
