Tough gig as a small forward for Freo, hopefully he gets some moments to bring the magic. Certainly wouldn't have guessed he would kick goals for Freo before Bolton
Nah won’t happen; Shai kicks 1st goal of the match.

Murphy Reid played way better than Banfield last week on every single metric - disposals, disposal efficiency, contested possessions, score involvements, goal assists, metres gained, tackles, pressure acts, etc etc despite only playing 68% game time to Banfields 79%

He was named and played in last weeks scratchie. Simpson that is.It’s got to be his ankle still bothering him. Hope we go with James Aish for Brandon.

I wondered if it was Lobb in the background? Not sure if my aging eyes were betraying me watching the Dudley clip, but did I see one of the players with very short green hair?
That would be absolutely putrid if Murphy got dropped…It's Banfield's 100th game. I think he's more likely to come in for Murph.
Why is it desperate? He's earned his spot. Have you actually watched him train or play?lol good luck to the kid but **** me that’s desperate

The 'kid' is 21 years old, has been playing senior footy in the SANFL prior to being signed by Freo, and came 3rd in Central Districts B&F last season. He's as ready as any draftee is to play.
ALL YOU HAND WRINGING, MACHIAVELLIAN FAUX FANS TAKE NOTE! View attachment 2263050
Shelve (literally, like stick it up your bum) your wannabe Frank Underwood, maniacal, chicken little, HR control freak, supporter hats!
Somewhere deep within that mound of Tyrian purple clad meat and bone is a young man who will, against the machinations of all you pessimists who claimed he was only here to tempt Kozi, pull on THE HALLOWED #43 for our great club IN A FUGGIN DERBY WITH LAST PLACE ON THE LINE!!!!!!
I've got alot to say about some of the "fans" kicking about all corners of the internet these days and I know we're all at different points in our life, some of us clearly are not very well. BUT! Wait, let me say this clearly...
If you say you love this club and you're hoping we lose this derby, well it's YOU, not the coach, who are the problem.
COME THE DUCK ON DUDDERRRRSSSSS!!!!!!
I'm so sorry I removed my tongue from Justin's boot long enough to distract you from the noble work you do digging his grave.
We are truly blessed to have supporters like you, with the foresight to make such difficult decisions on behalf of us few who are damned with milky eyes.
It's not like any of our players will honour their contract, unless they're shit or perenially injured. So why should we honour the coaches?
So by bringing in a player that brings something we're lacking is desperation? I don't get your logic.Completely ignoring looking to improve our fwd pressure through the draft for years to the point it’s sticking out like a sore thumb when we play so we have to bring in an afterthought sup player off half a pre season and a couple of praccy’s games when the knock on him was his tank
2 losses where our fwd pressure has been virtually non existent
Yeah not desperate at all
Track watchers are alright for a bit of injury insight but as far as player quality goes they are just over invested nuffers who mostly see what they wanna see

And taking pot-shots at training watchers is just poor form.
Wow, what a ****ing ingrate you are.Track watchers are alright for a bit of injury insight but as far as player quality goes they are just over invested nuffers who mostly see what they wanna see

Where do you get your amazing insight into the players battling it out for spots? From the media? Facebook?
Personally I'd like to thank the "nuffers" who take the time to share their training observations with those of us who can't get there.
Special shout out to King Huskii - illegitimi nil carborundum![]()
Yep thistimeforsure that was some disrespectful bullshit. Reads like something from a Weagles Troll.Wow, what a ****ing ingrate you are.

A little concerning that we look like we are just going to limp Bolton along.I'm 100% expecting Shai to be a late withdrawal and then be in and out of the team all year never managing to get a clean run at it.
Because I've been supporting Freo for 30 years and that's just how things go around here.
So.. your new around here huh?lol good luck to the kid but **** me that’s desperate
He's certainly good at kicking goals but I didn't think fwd pressure was a strength of his?Super excited about Dudley playing.
Will be nice to have a small forward who knows how to kick goals and apply pressure.

Same can be said about Murphy Reid?Everyone said he’s got talent but will need to build up his fitness base
