like on the senior thread, i'd thought i put up a mid season review and post some questions
Best and Fairest (favourite/s): Paddy Dwyer (Daylesford)
Goal kicking award (favourite/s): Justin Pearce (Ballan)
Premiership Side: Daylesford, Ballan or Waubra
Biggest Improver (team): Springbank, 2 or 3 years as wooden spooners and now sitting 5th in a fairly tight top 6 after round 9, great effort.
Biggest Decliner (team): Bungaree, won the last 4 premierships and this year have failed to beat top 6 sides (apart from a Justin Pearce-less Ballan), currently sitting 6th and alot of people have written them off.
Best 1st year player (new to league): Justin Pearce, Tom Miller (Waubra)
Best Player out of U/15's: Jimmy Rodgers (Hepburn), Bryce Dowler (Waubra)

Agree with everything here except your "Biggest Decliner" Bungaree has dropped off but still remain in finals contention surely Buningyong are the "Biggest Decliner" making the grandfinal last year and this year will be lucky if they dont get the wooden spoon!

not to make excuses but it was d. pearce and a. mullane out
we also didnt have j. bee or l. ward playing.. we will see when we play
them round 15 how much has changed.. and i definately wouldnt right us off
we lost by alot to a well tuned dford when we were gettin the team togther
copped it by 10 goals to hepburn but it was at there home ground
just lost to waubra (without tommy brown) who i rate more then hepburn.
we will have to beat springbank to get some respect back i think
anyways after passin the half way mark of the year and seein most teams
i will put a team of the year together again..
not puttin in players that are in seniors eg conroy, alexander etc

brad adams shouldnt be. rigby, conder, chester shouldnt be....
and joel definetly shouldnt be....mullane and leonard from dunnstown could both easily slot in there aswell... and who is 'P. M-Lester (bal)' ??

brad played average against use i think he is the best full back in the league
i rate rigby hes been playin the ones so thought he should get in
conder has kicked 29 goals surely should be in there
i put all the main goal kickers in the team they have earnt it
i may be a bit biased to put joel in the team haha
but we all have our oppinions..
also havent seen mullane and leornard yet play them this week
you should have a crack at the team its tricky.

biggest improving teams surely would have to be Ballan and Springbank, were both absolute trash for the past couple of years
sorry to say Brendan but no chance for poor bunga this year, they had there great run but are just lacking some quality players this year to be a premiership chance
