That picture reminds me, one of my teachers is also a paramedic thingo and he was showing us pictures on his laptop. One guy did a face plant when he fell off his motorbike and his whole face was bleeding, all the skin from the eyes down was ripped off. And another guy was climbing a ladder and his ring got stuck on the gutter or something, when he fell the ring got pushed up and the skin went with it, the bone was showing and it was ew.
