The government that started so strongly in 2012 wanting to remove 18c from the RDA with it's AG defending the rights of people to be a bigot has disintegrated to the point that senior ministers now think that suing people who are nasty to them should be a workplace entitlement. I wouldn't leave Scott unsupervised with children if he's reading this.

It is alleged a trust fund known as “The Trustee for LEGAL SERVICES TRUST” belonging to AUL Law, a small legal practice based in Perth, was used as the collection point for Porter’s secret donations.

It is alleged AUL Law principal, Archana Uchit Luktuke, set up the trust on behalf of disgraced lawyer, convicted perjurer and acquitted wife murderer, Lloyd Rayney, after he received a notification from the WA Legal Practitioners Board to begin suspension of his legal registration for alleged perjury three years ago.

The notification was received by Rayney on January 25, 2018 with “The Trustee for LEGAL SERVICES TRUST” then coming to be registered by AUL Law just days later, on January 29, 2018.

When contacted on three occasions by True Crime News Weekly in September, Luktuke first refused to answer any of our questions sent by email and text message and then hung up in a panic when we called her work phone number.

She then later screamed and threatened True Crime News Weekly if we revealed any information about what she claimed was her “family trust”.

Our first port of call was mining magnate and Australia’s wealthiest person, Gina Rinehart. In 2006, the billionaire hired Rayney, the now disgraced lawyer and friend of Porter, to work for her.

It's a pretty murky cesspool in the corrupt right.
The only reason a donor would not come forward ,If their donations were solely to assist in Porter clearing his name, would be if the majority donations to the slush fund were being, and had been, used for other "illegal" or spurious purposes already.
I think that is more the point.

Freedom of political communication should easily cover any comments made about MP's.
 
On protecting Porter and his dubious "mates", Jon Faine wrote the following when referencing the governments failure to accept the speakers call on referral to a parliamentary committee for inquiry into The Christian.

The three defamation concerns notices were sent from the same law firm, at the same time, in the same email. They list several demands including covering the men’s legal costs in creating the concerns notices.



This coordinated strike from three of Australia’s most powerful men has left Gemma feeling intimidated, anxious and overwhelmed.



Gemma is an expectant mother currently preparing for the arrival of her first baby. She is also a disabled woman and academic whose research focuses on the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Gemma is best known for her brave memoir, No Matter Our Wreckage, which details her experience of being groomed and sexually abused as a child, before successfully taking her offender to court at the age of 17 .
