Coming into thread very late but didn't WA release new laws that prevent a killer from receiving parole if they don't disclose the location of a body or bodies.? As Edwards has been uncooperative with regards to Sarah was this ever put in place for BRE.? What ever happened to Edwards brother who claimed the trial would prove BRE's innocence.? What was his name.? Let's hope they find Sarah one day.

Edwards has never spoken since his arrest, clearly the guy has many problems, over the years even when you look at some of his photos you can clearly see the twisted individual he is. I find it totally sickening that he won't reveal Sarah's location. It makes you also wonder if Edwards dislikes jail?

No he wasn't convicted which sucks and yet the Judge said he believed it was 95% certain Edwards killed Sarah. They have asked him a few times to reveal where she is.

There is a legal principle that laws only apply to crimes committed after the law was enacted, which is kind of sensible most of the time. This law was enacted in 2018 after BRE murdered SS and JR and either did or didn't murder SS.
