I just ordered a large Whopper meal from the still standing Claremont- with a Diet Coke $14.40

Wow what an increase since I last had one !
Yes, the size of them Whoppers has increased in line with the increase in the sizes of their customers (brains), as the average age of customers has increased by an average of approx. one year, per year, for some time now.

Won't be too long before they re-brand as either
  • Hungry Jackson; or
  • Grandpa Jacks

The only hope of ever finding the poor girl's remains is if BRE did not take away her clothes and if he can give reasonably precise details of where he left her. That's assuming he ever talks, which most people here think he won't.
That would effectively mean admitting to the first two. Just who does he think he’s fooling? He pled guilty to rape. He was convicted of two murders. He should just give it up already.

Never forget.
Never forgive.

See the Claremont Murders Media thread for more on this book/article.

This is the video/photo proof from the pattern.
It shows the line from the GPO, through ferndale, which continues over his house in huntingdale.
The shorter black line is the one.

If Bradley Robert Edwards 1990 Hollywood Hospital assault on a social worker had been in Sydney today, he'd probably be applying to have his charge of common assault dismissed under the mental health act, have been placed on a good behavior bond, and not had a conviction recorded against his name.

And maybe claimed that it was a panic attack, and sudden psychosis triggered by being in a confined space (the toilet), from some past bad experience in a health related setting. Maybe even an unresolved assault on him by someone when he was a child.

Although, unlike back in 1990, it's 100% certain that if this happened today, Telstra would have immediately stood him down, and terminated his employment shortly thereafter, if he refused to resign first. Even if he had a close relative working as a manager there.

The below article in the Daily Telegraph today, was the catalyst for the above post.

Charles Kalaoun sentenced for punching soccer opponent

May 2, 2023 - 12:06PM

'An amateur player who chased and punched an opponent multiple times in the head during a heated soccer game has spent his birthday in court.
Charles Kalaoun, 37, applied to have his charge of common assault dismissed under the mental health act before he was sentenced at Sutherland Local Court on Monday.
...

Magistrate Philip Stewart said he did not accept the suggestion Kalaoun was ”trying to break free” because he chased after the victim and struck him several times.'

“This is a serious matter in an organised sporting context in a public place,” he said.

“I can’t accept he was acting in any form of self-defence or trying to escape the situation.

“This was a serious attack on someone. I find no causal link with the mental health condition.”

The court heard during the incident, the referee struck Kalaoun in the face, and they both fronted a football judiciary and were suspended for six matches.

The mental health application was refused. Kalaoun pleaded guilty and was placed on a conditional release order where he must be of good behaviour for two years but was not convicted.

Kalaoun has appealed the decision.

Charles Kalaoun, 37, applied to have his charge of common assault dismissed under the mental health act before he was sentenced at Sutherland Local Court on Monday.
...
About an hour into the match on June 18 last year, at Poulton Park, Connells Point, the victim made a legal tackle towards Kalaoun when they were contesting for the soccer ball.

They fell on the floor before Kalaoun got on top of his opponent, grabbed his shirt, put his legs around the man’s head and started striking him with closed fists in the face.

The other player tried to protect himself and could only break free when his teammate pushed Kalaoun off him.

The man then ran away to the other side of the field and tried to calm himself down after feeling “extremely shaken from the punches” when Kalaoun attacked him again.

Kalaoun grabbed the man’s shirt and repeatedly punched him in the head. The man only got away when the referee intervened and separated the two.
The victim sustained a bruise to his left eyebrow and told police he was “terrified”.

In court, Kalaoun applied under the Mental Health Act, asking for his case to be diverted under mental health grounds.
The court heard Kalaoun had generalised anxiety and had sought treatment for excessive worry in 2004 when he was given medication to treat depression.

In December 2022, six months after the assault, Kalaoun commenced psychological treatment and completed 10 sessions.
The court heard he managed a business and had no criminal history.

Kalaoun claimed during the match, the victim had bruised his shins and repeatedly stepped on his feet.

He told a psychologist he was feeling “confined and fearful” when he started punching the man and panicked as he tried to break free.

Magistrate Philip Stewart said he did not accept the suggestion Kalaoun was ”trying to break free” because he chased after the victim and struck him several times.'

How times have changed. I agree with what you're saying. Would it be fair to say Telstra would have to terminate his contract, etc because in today's society, Companies are more aware of the environment (human rights and all) around them. Not to mention the various outlets of media and social media. Back in 1990, They were afforded the opportunity to keep it surpressed. I know what I'm trying to say, However it's not really translating to the keyboard well. 🤣

One important fact that may help some of us here with our own investigations.
Human remains were found in the pinjar area in 2005. I know the person who located them, he was a contractor doing forestry work, known him for many years. However, he was told not to divulge the location, so thats as much as i know. As we all know, pinjar is a large area, though i know the remains were found in a forestry.
I do have Peta Webber in mind, nothing certain.
Hope this helps.

the Claremont murders
Hi Frankie1972
there's a hot debate happening in the BigFooty Julie Cutler crime thread about whether Bradley ever studied anything at WAIT (now called Curtin Uni) back around 1985-1988.

If you are able to ask Troy, if he can remember, that would be really useful for assisting settling/progressing this debate.

As the media and Coroner are both reporting that Bradley studied a Psychology unit at WAIT in his late teens overlapping with Julie Cutler.
Reports that appear to have originated from info they got from WA Police, which might have been getting Bradley mixed up with Lance Williams (RIP) or some other CSK POI or suspect.
