Eagles Swoop on Saints Stars

The Eagles announce the signings of two former Saints, Jason Gram and Stephen Milne in exchange for young gun Adam Selwood and Brent Staker.

Selwood is rated highly by the Eagles coaching staff but their need of defenders meant that he was to leave. The Eagles wish the two luck with their new club and welcome Jason Gram and Stephen Milne to their side.

Once an Eagle forward line that fired blanks, looks very potent now with Fevola, Lynch, Welsh and Milne leading the way.

I see what your doing here your trying to build the ultimate forward line
-_- im on to you...;)

Port Adelaide welcome there first trade to the club

Xavier Clarke is officially a port player after St.Kilda & Port Adelaide came to agree on trading young gun Brad Symes plus there 3rd round draft pick for pick #3 (I think) of the 2002? Draft.
St.Kilda weren't able to get a full year out of him due to constant injuries though Port believe he will string together all 22 games this season.
Port Adelaide wishes Brad Symes who featured in the 07 Grand Final thumping best of luck at his new club St.Kilda.

Lol I wouldn't say the ultimate forwardline but yea its better than it was, not hard cause it was shite before, definately an area I was looking to improve.

PS: Still looking for a key defender, doesnt have to be your 1st or 2nd best tall defender, just a decent tall defender will do. Let me know if interested.

Tempting mate, but he is probably one of my very few untouchables. I don't know what I'd do without Big Cox :D

Other untouchables: Ben Cousins, Daniel Kerr, Brendan Fevola, Darren Glass.

Stevens on the outer.

The football department have let star midfielder Nick Stevens know that he will be available for Trade as Carlton continue to ook forward.

Matthew Bode and John Meesen want Victoria

2 Adelaide Crows players have told the club they want to go to Victoria. The Crows have put these 2 players up for trade. Only Victorian teams can offer.

It would be good if all teams were available to trade, so far Essendon, Fremantle, Geelong and Western Bulldogs have had little to no involvement, Essendon and Bulldogs especially.

If you aren't going to play this game then don't, if you are then get involved some.
I am not interested in trading at the moment, unless I get a really good offer. I'm quite happy with the list I have

Sherman delighted with the move

Justin Sherman has announced he is delighted to be joining the Pies at the Lexus Centre and especially being in new surroundings. He has big shoes to fill after being traded along with Pick 8, for Travis Cloke, who thought a move could excel his career. "He will be a great prospect to our midfield along with Thomas and Pendlebury and has pace to burn" Collingwood coach Pie 4 Life said.

Collingwood announce interests

Collingwood have announced they are interested in the following players:
Michael Braun, Jason Johnson, Amon Buchanan, Adam Selwood, Daniel Harris, Matthew Boyd, Rowan Jones, Tim Notting as well as any quality ruckman and possibly tall back.

Crows welcome Neon Leon

Adelaide welcomes Leon Davis into the club from 2008. Davis seeked a move from Collingwood, and Adelaide were interested as they needed a small crumbing forward.
Davis brings alot to offer. His defensive pressure is hard and tough. His quick, and smart of the packs, and can light up the crowd with his miracle goals.
Adelaide also picked up Pick number 14 in the Draft with this deal. The Crows have pick 9 and 14.

Adelaide had to let go Ben Hudson. The 27 year old from Weribee was looking back home to Victoria. Hudson has been the Crows main ruckman last season with knee injury to Biglands. Hudson will be missed with his hard ball gets and centre clearences, being 3rd in the AFL.
Michael Doughty has also been traded to Collingwood. Doughty, now in his middle stages of his career wasnt getting a go at the Crows, but should fit into the Pies 22.

Good Luck to them both.
