Speaking of seven they have a ruch history of biased commentators and 'trolling' commentators. Remember the days when the likes of Kerley, Couch, Osbourne and Doran were boundary riders? After watching Bruce and Dennis last Sunday it seems there hasn't been much change.

BTW, I don't think Denis is all that bad - his game calling is alright by me, though I have to agree it's not quite what it was back a few years. The problem is he's doing more and more away from the game type interviews etc. and he's starting to sound more like a growing list of commentators (eg. Walsy, Shaw) that seem to do very little research and then preach on as if they are THE authority on the game.

But here's the kicker, the emotive/hype stuff sells - so until media (especially commercial TV) grows some credibility nodes in their brain cells, they are just going to encourage rubbish comment makers who just jump on hearsay and hype bandwagons without actually doing any real work - and we have to put up with it because we don't really have a choice.
