Not sure how long this has been floating on eBay, but no bids from $450.

Even though this item does not come with a certificate of authenticity, I can vouch on my life that this is authentic, as my parents were the ones that took the jersey to him for signing when he was in a shopping centre here in Perth back in about 94 (I was only 2-3 years old at the time). The jersey itself is a child sized jersey
Yepp. That's sold me

Really shits me when people put up an overwhelmingly high price thinking that signatures have some sort of weighting. It's 2014, it's not hard to go down to training and get a few sigs at the end of the session.

Take this for example, a plain old Kmart jumper worth $70 (and that's new, so this wouldn't be worth $70), add a Ballantyne signature and now apparently it's worth $300?

I truly hope these people are just naive and aren't trying to rip people off because that jumper is worth about $60 at best.

I thought the final selling price for this Port Adelaide guernsey was amazingly high given its condition. As far as I can see, it appears to be a former long-sleeved guernsey that has been somewhat ruined as the result someone chopping off its sleeves unevenly (in an amatuer attempt to convert it to a sleevless perhaps?), resulting in unfinished 'cuffs' that are not even consistent width!?? Or is there some special history associated with this particular guernsey?

Numbered?
I saw one on eBay a while ago with the number 1 on
Somewhere in the 'What jumpers do you own' thread I posted a North home jumper from the 90s I got from an op shop
Search "Score! $8"

The reason I bid on a couple of Jack Crisp jumpers is because one, he has a good name, two, a relatively low jumper number (#5), no one was bidding on his items (instead having bidding wars on Brown, Black and Rockliff jumpers) and I think he will be a future gun for us (well I hope so, lel).
Had to lol at this

Re: AFL Guernseys on eBay

So.
Depending on events in the next 24-48 hours. I'm planning on cleaning out some of the collection. Will be a little tough if I choose to go through with it but Im just putting out the feelers for now as too if there is any interest.

Here's the list.
The buddy Franklin player issue clash (currently on eBay) XXL

#35 jaryd Morton player issue clash XXL (premiers 2008 logo in it)

Darren Glass 23 PLAYER ISSUE 2007 long sleeve away, size medium.

Joel McDonald match worn 2009 vs Coll at MCG, size large. Away jumper.

Dane swan 2010 player issue away/clash jumper, size large.

Brisbane lions #12 player issue long sleeve medium 2007 heritage jumper. Worn against WCE. VERY VERY RARE.

Andrew McLeod player issue 23 2009 away jumper size medium.

EJ whitten legend match regular retail jumper 2009. Size XXL.

And the ochre prototype, possibly for sale. Size large.

Pm if interested in any. Basically comes down to the Larry Emdur rule. That is, if the price is right.
onu still have the swan

Strange.

Must have been made with someone in mind, they wouldn't just make a PI and slap 54 on it for no reason? I can't find any info on the Saints rookie list between 97-99.
Please don't take this sarcastically but maybe a saints fan who wears 54 at a local club had it. Or it could have been some first year played who changed his number the next year.
