It was in response to the implication that we'll be banking on 'herd immunity' when that isn't guaranteed to work, and would result in many deaths.

It's looking like we'll have to wait and see over the next couple weeks how effective this lower level shutdown is, and I hope it does flatten the curve, but I'm worried about this getting out of control and us ending up having to just go to a tighter lockdown anyway.
Not sure there is tighter lockdown. It’s lockdown or there isn’t. Once it’s lockdown there is no where else to go. I seriously think we could lose as many through depression as through cv. The difference is the depression people still may have a long life to give. Most cv people have hopefully lived a great life. As I’ve said before I’m barracking we get it right.

Until the fn toe poke

Was cactus at 1/4 time with the "fresh air swing" on our HFF. You're meant to kick the ball, not the space 20mm behind it.

Everything, such as the right angle deflected goal post goal and toepoke came after not being 3 goals up at quarter time minimum given we entered a stupid amount of times for stuff all.

Whilst there is a case from a minesite 200km away, there is so far none recorded at Mount Isa.

Therefore we should all eat 2 minute noodles, and sniff spray cans to keep the virus at bay.

( they are probably not high risk unless someone who actually has the virus goes there and infects them ).

That is true but we’re all acting like someone here has it. That’s not a bad thing because we still have plenty of Fifo’s coming and going.

I actually worked with a bloke that thought eating Suimins would make him give a negative rbt reading. His crib port always had a minimum four Suimins in it.
if the cops had of had a noodle gun he was ****ed.

Anyone reading books?

I'm reading a Tim Winton book called the Shepherd's Hut or something like that. It's not too bad. I've had about three books in a row that were hard drudgery, this one I at least a page turner.

Whatcha got going?

Big science fiction reader, always have been.
couple on the go Cruel Stars by Aussie author John Birmingham and a book of guitar music theory - I’m stuck on page three.

Have a go at Blood Meridiun by Cormak McCarthy it’s the most depressive and yet fantastic read ever.

Nice

I generally run 2 at a time, one to gnaw on, Milk of Paradise by Lucy Inglis, about the history of heroin use, and one to smash down The Dummy Line, bu Bobby Cole, a thriller.

It's really ****ing sad to be honest. Cooped at home, drinking beer and watching a game from 10 years ago. Plus things will only get worse in the next few months.

The world is in trouble.
