* The amount of talent thats at the club now & The total rebuild of Hardwick will be complete next year with the last of the older brigade finishing up in Newman & Foley . It will be Hardwick/Cotchins Team

* He would have to be on about $4 million for 5 years imo, Roughly $800k py Maybe $850k at most But thats actually still a great win for the tigers as he will be eligable for Vetran status in his last 3 years and with marketing allowances effectively $650 in our TPP

* Will end up a 1 club player and go down as a Richmond legend
