Wtf? Never heard any of that.

You aren't looking very hard then. Type "Nahas + trade" and "Houli + soft" into the search engine for your board and tell me how many hits you come back with.

And look through the AA threads, I reckon I read about 10 times he deserved a spot in the squad because of his finish in the Coleman.

You are right about Nahas before the start of this year. Had had a great 2009 but dropped off in 2010. Because of this many people thought we should trade him in the pre-season (myself included ). This year has been a great year for him and I doubt he's going to go backwards. There are still a few Richmond supporters who are not convinced though.

As far as Houli goes I think the Houli and Soft is coming more from the Bomber camp then Richmond. Most Richmond supporters think he's been a good pick up.

Thought Newman had a better year than his finish reflected, but just delighted for Trent

He would have been one of the first home too. Quality bloke, with just enough aggro on the park. Looking forward to him getting through his second full preseason

Too early to make him captain, I reckon. He's not going anywhere and Newman is a fine leader

I think he's been a great pick up, but he doesn't like getting his hands dirty... Seems to coral rather than tackle a lot of the time, and is very much an outside player; complete opposite of Shane Tuck. But that's not a bad thing in a lot of ways. Overall, a great value add to the list.

If you're talking about him being the last one up from a pack at every second stoppage, well we don't want him doing that. He is primarily an outside player and what he was brought to do.

Early in the year he didn't go hard enough a few times, but clearly Hardwick got into him and by the end of the year he wasn't just hurting opponents on the rebound, but also doing some really really good shutdown roles.

A fine acquisition (free).

Good win, just a taste of things to come from Cotch you'd think. Nahas and Houli polled surprisingly well for two blokes who get cut down by the Tiger faithful pretty regularly.

The Riewoldt result goes to show Tiger supporters had no right to be whinging about him missing out on AA selection.

last year a lot of tiger fans wanted nahas gone, i never wanted him to go as i wanted the tigers to persist with him (look at him now). i dont think anyone cut nahas down this year and i dont think anyone cut down houli at his first year for the tigers. mate get your facts right and make sure your watching the right game, we arent bombers supporters who boo there own players!!!
