I used it many years ago, and found it not very good.
I now use Rescue Remedy products for sleep and to calm me when having mri’s or injections, which I struggle with.
Rescue Remedies wouldn't even be capable of announcing their presence to whatever controls my sleep habits. Valium barely get past introductions. But MRIs or injections are as worrisome as drinking a coffee, buying a sandwich or closing a door. Just one of the many routine acts performed as part of living a life. Everything's relative.

I liked the one MRI I had in my life. For a few minutes, despite the noise, I was actually required to do nothing. Close my eyes and I can’t see how much space is around me anyway.

What did it do that you found it not very good?

Normally I might take 2-5 in a Year at Most but had 2 on Wednesday/Thursday. Not 1 since
You'll be fine Dave. Of the diazepams Valium are one of the least addictive if you are not taking them on a regular basis. I imagine whoever prescribes your tablet monitors your use of them. Valium can be quite useful if you are facing anxiety in a situation - good to take before you make a speech, but have a glass of water on hand. Most things in moderation will do you know harm.

Thanks for sharing Otto..............the Nobel prize guy highlighted an interesting point from Socrates.........yeah I I know everything is f kn Greek.

No need to apologise for giving the world the likes of Socrates, Plato, Pythagoras, Aristotle etc etc etc.

Apparently Dan the Man is keen to ramp up testing in the lead up to the end of the state of emergency on May 11th, get some more data on asymptomatic spreaders. As a result, I’m getting tested this week despite not having symptoms; all us frontline healthcare workers are being encouraged to do so.

This swab should be a hoot. I’ll be sure to rate it on the cringe-o-meter afterwards.
I had the test last Wednesday. The nasal swab goes deeper than I thought possible. Brought tears to my eyes. Got the result by text 9.30 Friday night.

Came back negative.

I can’t say, every person is different.
I can only ask why you wake? Is your mind racing/thinking of things?
If so I would recommend the spray or pastilles be at your bedside so when you awake you can try one ot the other to calm your mind and hopefully get you back to sleep.
5-6 hours isn’t bad anyway. I was down to 2-3.

My body is under stress I think from a few months of consistent weight loss I guess it is trying to find some stable ground. The body play tricks like hold on I am not getting enough calories to survive because it's in deficit but I am telling it yes you are because I'm eating plenty of quality food but my guess is I lose weight while I sleep and my body doesn't like it and I wake up pretty much starving even though I have eaten many times throughout the day, just good food, low calories so I guess my body is slowly eating itself as it burns fat and doesn't like it, your body desperately tries to cling to fat, as far as it knows fat is an insurance policy. But I'm more determined to lose it than my body is to keep it. But I wake up with my stomach grumbling. This morning I woke up at 6 after going to bed at 2 and felt like shit so I ate cereal then I was able to sleep another 4 hours so maybe that's all I need to do is placate my hungry stomach and go back to bed haha.

Keep up the good work sirlothie.
I always keep plenty of cabbage, white and red in the fridge.
As you know super nutritious, very low in calories and feels substantial when you eat it (and you can eat it in large quantities without worrying about calories)
Great way to deal with hunger pangs.

Those carb cravings at night can be terrible especially if you're not eating much during the day.

Well done for making the decision to improve your eating habits mate. :rainbow: :thumbsu:

See I f told yas re.. A good 5-6 of full body contact training.. prep work.. and shit like that.. before the lads get out there and play.. Buckley agrees with me.

It's not as easy as.. let's just get the lads out there and get it started.. not only will we see more injuries.. if we're going to play up until new yrs.. how are we going to structure the 2021 season.. there's the break.. then the preseason.. perhaps extend all that shit out until April or whatever re.. and narrow the season down to 18 games or some shit like that. Then 2022 we can get it back to its former glory.. full season and that re.

Am I a f great or what re.. transferable skills and that re.. brilliant cook.. football mastermind.

Reigning premiers for the 2020 season:

BRINGOUTTHEGIMP

Enjoy the rest of your night.. and we'll see you all again next season.
Gutted to finish in 11th. But I've learnt what it takes for victory and I've seen Sirlothie make a late charge with his offering, so I've begun my preseason with a two course breakfast.

I like you SR but what is that second dish? I won't tell you what my first thought was.;)

The first course I served to my youngest for breakfast- (I've always put her taste buds down to the postman, but it may be Gimp's doing). The second course is inspired by Sirlothie's top 7 offering last night - I served it to the shortest member of our household. Top 10 here I come!

I’ve got to say, I didn’t find it to be that bad at all! It *did* make my eyes water a little, but I guess the extent to which everyone had built it up made me think it would go much deeper and be much nastier than it was.

In all, I would rate it as worse than an eyelash in your eye, but better than a vaccination for discomfort.

I've had two different tests in China. They do it differently here. The first one half way through my quarantine hotel stay was a mouth swab that I didn't even feel. The second one to leave the hotel, I had to take the sample myself and it brought Greek tears to my Anglo eyes.

Is there anywhere one can find out how many deaths/positive tests are due to Ruby Princess/travel and Aged homes?

The travel I can understand but there seriously must be something wrong with the Aged Homes in Australia and not sure the Royal Commission has found them all.

I would have thought the balance of the deaths/positivist tests that have come from community contact would be very low.

There must be at least 27 cases now over the last few days from the meatworks factory in Victoria.

It begins its spread in really localised clusters. That's why the government want the app - to help to quickly trace all contacts that might get caught up in the cluster and help to isloate them and stop the cluster from growing into something less localised.

roads, concrete, aqueducts, Sophia Loren, baths (hello Poms), Sicily, latin youths parading up and down Lygon St, opera, pasta - eg fettuccine al pomodoro etc
PS - + Sex (refer gerryg400's post above)

One difficult obstacle with aged care homes is cognitive decline. I am aware of one patient who came into hospital and was diagnosed with COVID-19, but was a dementia sufferer and could not be successfully confined to her room. The hospital is not legally permitted to restrain this person. This would also be true in aged care facilities; from maintaining social distancing to hygiene, there are people who can’t adapt to new standards no matter how well regulated the home is.
