No. No they shouldn't have. They should have worn the prison bars as they are (no teal) or something completely different.

I like it, It pays tribute to the team that created the power while modernizing it with the teal colour.
Surely Collingwood (or should I say... Eddie McGuire), would have no problem with this version of the jumper.

It's a disrespectful bastardisation of the most successful jumper in elite Aussie Rules footy. Additionally, Eddie would have a problem with it, because it has black and white stripes.

I firmly believe if Eddie resigned as Collingwood president and moved away from Football. Port would be wearing the prison bars or at the very least wear the prison bars with the teal on top.

Nah. Nope. Never. It's far too late now and i don't see us ever changing from our V design - changing once more and having a complete identity crisis. The current one will be around for a long time, we picked a winner.

I don't. It's a fantastic guernsey but we aren't the magpies in the AFL. Teal is a part of Port Adelaide now.

I can't see them adopting this to be honest. Many, if not all Swans guernseys (home, clash and other types alike) have had some form of heritage base. The current clash, has a basis on their South Melbourne V jumper whilst the QBE guernsey was based on the aforementioned teams hooped jumper...

Thanks, I used GIMP for that one, it was one of my first GIMP guernseys after using MS Paint forever.
