Ipswich Cats Junior AFL
Ok fellas. This stuff is way beyond me. But I know the club is looking at buying some next guernseys for next season. The President is a bit open to some new designs based on the traditional 'Geelong' Guernsey. Above is the logo. They have had it quite a few years and I doubt its design could be changed ....too much?
Any ideas for a 'new Ipswich Cats' Guernsey guys n gals?
I guess it could be a thread, but it gets a bit 'official' then. As it is, people could just go ahead with it. With a designated thread, I think id have to ask the president..?Could put in request thread
4321 is talking about the already existing Official Request Thread which is used for everythingI guess it could be a thread, but it gets a bit 'official' then. As it is, people could just go ahead with it. With a designated thread, I think id have to ask the president..?
In saying that, i'll have to show him the designs anyway. I'll talk to him this afternoon..

There are various tutorials on the site that can cater for learners, but it really depends what program you are using. Most here use Paint, Adobe Illustrator or photoshop, and some even use free alternatives of the like inkscape and GIMP. It really depends.Hey Guys, im a new comer to the website, Would any of you be able to help me with some tips on making a jumper? Thanks
For Sydney, it doesn't look that bad. Other teams, however, not so much...If all teams nowadays went back to black shorts as they did in 1922-1974View attachment 77618
Very Sydney Roosters, now there is a team I can really hateIn the event that Adelaide Oval matches may be all sold out for the next five to ten years, there may be a call for a new side in Adelaide to dilute the support a little a make the game accessable to more people.
The best colour combination I found was merging Norwood and North. Introducing the Norwood bantams (Sydney Roosters may have kicked up a fuss of a red, white and blue team called the Roosters). With the name going to Norwood I gave North the logo dominated by a bantam Rooster, using a circular logo to highlight the SANFL ties. As far as sponsors goes Coopers is always great, and I thought Mitsibishi might decide to patch up some old wounds by making a presence in the city. The home jumper is navy with red cuffs (Norwood) with red and white stripes like North's old jumper. The away is a red jumper with a altered navy and white chevron to give North a more obvious nod without South Melbourne/Sydney disapproving. The socks I wanted to keep all red but thought Melbourne might have issue with that so I went with red and white for North.

Haha I know it would be difficult to imagine. But I don't think an SANFL club can go into the AFL by themself, but at the same time I wouldn't want a new team to just be another plastic GWS style club and just claim a part of the city. If a couple of SANFL clubs came together and said they wanted to put in a joint bid I think it could work, any new team would need to be aiming for a 20k average though.NNNOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH GOD PLEASE NO!!!
but good designs, though
I'm not familiar with SANFL teams but I swear there's a similar looking team in the AFL already
Looks good, it has a 90's feel about itHere's a jumper I re-created on GIMP. Port Adelaide Home
