• No more than 2 players for any given country
• Debut AFTER 1970
• Must select one player from each decade with at least 10 matches played (Exception if debut is in the 2020s)
• Must pick a team to suit the ground
• Players must not have played in the same team
• Must choose at least one player from all of the following countries
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • England
  • Pakistan
  • India
  • Sri Lanka
  • West Indies
  • South Africa
  • Zimbabwe
  • Bangladesh

From 7 am to 11pm you have 8 hours to select a player. If you miss you can make up later.
If you know you're going to be busy please send a pick to someone who's behind you, or myself and I won't read it unless I have to.
If you do come online, please submit your pick before leaving so we can keep the game rolling.

Draft order is set, and updated on the spreadsheet pinned on the top of the page.

We will be doing a snake draft, so 1-15 and then 15-1.

I think 8 hours to make a pick is reasonable given the research needed to make selections (7am to 11pm)
If someone misses a pick within the timeframe allowed, the next player can make a pick and the person who missed may make a selection later. The same goes for ineligible picks.

If you've got time to come online, please make sure you make your selection so we can keep rolling, and Make sure you have notifications turned on.

I'm not sure how it worked in previous games but I would certainly mark someone down if they inappropriately chose a player when it came to voting. So if you chose a player like Greg Blewitt who couldn't play spin and put him on a spinners pitch then 1st, it wouldn't be a smart pick for yourself but would get downvoted when we vote.

Also it takes away from why we chose our grounds in the first place.
