Carey with a hell of a rescue job here, score was 9/221, protects Hazelwood from the strike and gets the score all the way to 270 before finally getting out.

Still a pretty tough total to defend, though.

I watched a fair bit of the match and did not see any demons in the pitch. Carey 74 was good, and he took the strike as often as possible just like a test match.
