Crows best 22?

After yesterdays very average display there is much debate about changes to the side and what Adelaides actual best 22 is at the moment. Post on here what you think the best 22 is and discussion about selection.

Would be more than happy to give Bling a run of half back for a period also give him short spurts through the midfield.
Jaensch in my opinion could easily slot into the role of Wright.

Yours is good but adelaide are using a much stronger side this year.

So basically the changes are now, IN: Jenkins Shaw Smith Riley OUT: Tambling Symes Knights Otten. I highly doubt that any of those four will still be at Adelaide in 2013.

Desperatley need Porps and Smith back this week.
Maybe Riley in for Jenkins as we don't want to go in too tall at the G and not have enough run.
Good chance for Tip to find form/fitness as well...

Close. Matt Wright would definitely be in our best 22. Just not sure whether it's Riley or Jenkins who drops out at this stage - probably depends on how the selectors wish to balance the side.

I think you've got the first 21 spot on. The only question is over the 22nd man/sub. Right now, I agree that it's between Riley & Jenkins. I think Martin, Henderson & Otten would all have decent claims to the position as well, if they weren't on the injury list. If all 5 were available and in form, then the 22nd player would be harder to pick than a broken nose.

Yeah tough decisions ahead. Might be too late for Martin, Henderson and Otten to feature in the rest of 2012 given they'll basically be walking straight into finals. Martin the best chance as a sub given the form he was in before the injury...

The defense is the interesting part. Preseason will determine who plays where. Shaw, Otten and Rutten is a slow back three which I'm not too fond of.

Out of the three in brackets on the bench, I think Lyons is in front but I would like to see Kerridge have a shot as I think he has ability.
Tambling would be the perfect sub, I thought he was harshly dealt with by Sando, I thought what little he did show in the games he played was good enough to be at least starting sub.
