Was discussing this with my Essendon mate the other day, if you had to predict our minimum 3 delisting at the end of the year, who would they be? We got Laycock as a near certainty, Neagle a chance if he doesn't turn it around, and after that, well we both said Slattery, but obviously Knights isn't going to do that. I really hope it's not Atkinson. Unless i'm missing someone it leads me to believe that we will look to/have to trade someone like Houli/Lonergan etc.. for a draft pick?

I would put $100 on Houli signing with Gold Coast. He'd be hungry for a decent opportunity to play seniors every week.

I would be supprised if gus is leaving, he just had a sauna installed in his house and he's been doing reno's would u bother with a suana if u were leaving? or maybe he's tring to acclimatise

I think List management may not be as hard as I once thought.

I think Laycock's career is over due to injury (according to posts on Bomberblitz), then you lose 1 uncontracted player to GC who we will get a pick for (I really hope Stanton re-signs)

That leaves one more position. Fletcher may retire? (I am divided on this on the one hand he is a champion and clearly in our best 22 but on the other will not be part of our next premiership- not sure- I know he will make the right call either way though).

What is the rules on veterans upgrades? McVeigh and Hille? Houli may also request a trade.

What do you mean Fletcher won't be in our next premiership??? He will be in our next 4 the way he is going...!!!
