My views in bold.

Yep have to agree with all of these.., unlucky for Pris today he has been playing ok but i think having to wait 12 months for him after a second reco would be too risky, the club must come before the player sorry to say...It is a tough job deciding the futures of individuals...

We have to put Stants on the trade table also I think, he is not going to be a part of our next premiership team...Great trier but his disposal just keeps letting him down, no room for Herny either in my eyes now we have Hardingham and Hibberd there with Dempsey to come back in...

I agree with Henry being put up for trade as we have some depth in that area now. With regards to Stanton I disagree- he is still our best midfielder and he is a major reason why we remain competitive in games. If he was put up for trade (which he will not nor should be) he would command a first round pick + a player with 17 clubs queuing for him. He is worth a lot more to us then this and is an integral part of our team, leadership group and the most consistent performer at Essendon.

You can't be serious....Our best midfielder is Jobe by that far it is not funny...Stanton is super fit and tries hard agreed and is a liability with his disposal..How many times do we have to watch him have a kick smothered because he forgets there is a man on the mark..If we can get anything for him I reckon it should be done, you are really over rating him if you reckon every club would want him.He is worth a second round pick and no more in my eyes....He is just not that good..If you think any other club would want Heanry apart from gws you have rocks in your head, face it we have some deadwood on our list and I don't want to keep them there in the name of remaining competitive..Time to bite the bullet hard...

We will not be getting rid of Stanton. No chance. Our midfield is not deep or experienced enough.

People expecting a big clean out at the end of this season are deluded.

Apologies I should have clarified my "best comment." Stanton is our best outside midfielder and second best midfielder overall. It is laughable that you think that he is worth a second round pick. Every club will put their first round pick on the table for him as a minimum.

I still would never trade him as we would go backwards as a club if we did as he is so integral to our team.

So we have 43 currently contracted players, including M.Williams, Neagle & T.Slats who are gone.
That leaves 40 contracted players - with 11 that arent yet signed for 2012;-

Fletcher, Dustin
Hardingham, Kyle
Lonergan, Sam
Colyer, Travis
Davey, Alwyn
Dyson, Ricky
Lovett-Murray, Nathan
Prismall, Brent
Welsh, Andrew
Long, Anthony
Daniher, Darcy

The guys in bold will come under extreme scrutiny - personally I'd keep Dyson & NLM and ditch the rest but it will be interesting to see how it plays out.
At this point it looks like we will have 4 or 5 spots on the list available shortly to contract new players to the club which is very exciting!

Didn't realise that Davey's contract finishes at the end of 2011.

Suspect that he will be offered for trade - could be offered a one year deal or could even be delisted.

that was how i saw the team 3 weeks ago for 2013, but Carlisle has seriously moved into the 22, while im wondering if Winderlich still has a future, he is the oldest here and we can easily use our 1st rd pick on a speedy midfielder..

Will Lonergan and Natrat be offered new contracts?? Seems as though the injured Prizz will get another couple and Dyson may have just done enough over the past month to stick around for another year...

Lonergans age should get him an extension.. only just turned 24, and while some consider that old these days.. thats really entering your prime age.
