"Don't get off the train at Ringwood
The Goths want your mascara"

Reds vs Aquinas this week at the Heritage Oval. It'll be a battle of the artists vs the emos. I pick the Reds in a dazzling display of post-modern avant-garde impressionism coupled with expansive brush strokes and haunting caricatures.

Had too much red wine Terry?

Sadly conduct finds himself without a home. He tends to stray from club to club - often critical and negative. He even at times seems to be in denial as to who he actually is!! Strange puppy dog although freindly enough. In need of loving home. Suit older couple or newly deceased older widow as he loves to curl up and sleep at the end of a warm bed.

Red Roy might want a dog.... they could find a home together.

MY: you have a go at me for labelling an umpire....then label me as 'narrow minded' and a 'moron.' here an umpire has decided to stop play for a minute, akin to taking his bat and ball and going home (similar to, dare i say it, a child)
without saying he's pathetic, in this case he has certainly acted that way.

having umpired 30 odd junior games i think (and you say ignorantly) that its best to get on with umpiring rather than insiting more jibes by showboating in the centre of the ground....

here here titeleash, i still think you are the best umpire i ever played under, any news on how boom recruit shris sinclair is fitting in at the old mentonians, staggchilli, titeleash and snips, would love to hear your thoughts

Well i think he's looking great, generall soreniss is keping him from full track work, but he's getting nearer.

It seems D.Teasdale may be out again with a shocking injury.
Ignoring advice from doctors to give the game away after it was found out he had life threating injurys, he courageously decided to play on after last weeks 'farewell' match.

It all want wrong for the young man last night, when he forgot to put his skins in the bag before training. Showing the inspiring courage that he just seems to ouze, he trained (againsnt medical advice once again).

The unthinkable has occured and he is most likely going to be out for 6 - 8 weeks with chaffing. It was thought at first that it may only be 4 - 6 but the club said they would never take a risk on such an injury.

This may be a blessing in disguise though as it will give his thumb related back a chance to improve. Its been reported by others that its a back related thumb, but i can confirm that its a thumb related back.

The poor fella can't take a trick, I think the boys will put in a massive effort to get up for him on the wend.

Harps
On Sat BT have a Stand To for Anzac day with the Last Post, etc. A club member is an old WW2 digger. A medallion in his name is awarded after the game. Its been going on a few years now and he usually gives a ripper speech. Would appreciate if you guys could get involved before the game and after for the presentations.

Consider it done, shoot me a PM with your plans and I'll make sure our boys are where they need to be.

Also, at the risk of offending titeleash and HBP, Derm get the beer on ice! The Districts are on their way! for after the final siren of course

Look out for the OM boys to upset the NOBS applecart before we go on the prowl in Brunswick later that night. All the Teasedale fanfare has been a bit unnecessary. He's been a valuable asset in the short time he's been there. Genuine D1 star - which we all expected given his track record. Also glad to see the focus has been taken off our coach. When given a fair go you'll find he's a decent bloke.

After watching both sides I would expect the NOBS to be to strong,Cochrane could be a headache for the NOBS though very good overhead.
