How we all feeling?

Defence looks even stronger than last year with the additions of Gilmore and through the draft with Mazi Smith

I really think Pollard now is the #1, we are stronger at WR, and the O- line looks solid. Our offence should be decent

barring a horrible injury run , I'm thinking we could make it to the NFC Championship for the first time in a very long time .

really think Damone Clark will surprise a lot this year being fully fit , he looked really good towards the end of last year coming off his surgery

Only thing I'm really worried about is McCarthys game management

The big question for you is whether Dak's turnovers revert back to normality. If they do, and it's probably reasonable to expect that they will given just how high they were, then that's cause for optimism.

If they don't, given his post injury loss of mobility, still not sure you'll get over the hump.
 
Special teams has certainly looked on.

Thought things were looking concerning with the Giants opening drive, couldn't stop their run. Looked like a certain Giants TD, but boy things changed fast.
 
D and ST looking good at the half.
Still some questions with the Offence though. Dak missed a wide open TD pass. Hopefully just some early season rust.

Thought defence and special teams were decent but as you say it is hard given the opposition. Don’t think offence got going though not the best conditions. Tight ends dropped a few decent passes. Let’s see how the Jets game goes.
 
Micah is such a beast and hard to believe he has improved on last seasons monster year. Jets O Line aint the best either as Rodgers just found out sadly and i expect another huge game. He is virtually becoming unblockable 1-1 as his he is so quick.
 
Defence great as usual, but the offence finally got a chance to show something. Still only 2 TDs in the game so we failed on late downs but the soccer player knows how to kick field goals. Some good looks for Pollard, Dowdle and Vaughn, and Lamb got himself freed up a lot.

Dak's promise to limit the interceptions ... so far, so good.

Happy with 30pts against the Jets. Were stopped in the red zone on a number of visits - missed one td from memory though other times were just beaten. It did feel like the Jets’ defence was getting in top in the second. Seemed to come out refocused in the third. Pity Parsons was down by contact on that fumble recovery.
 
Ceedee was on. Vaughn looked great. No one got hurt I believe.

Our D looking much better against the run.

Uggh what crappy news to wake up too, pretty much confirmed now. Such a shame…started the season so well too!

Glass half full, at least we’ve got sound options to cover his loss in Gilmore, Bland & a returning Lewis. Still sucks though & wishing him in the best in his recovery for an awesome comeback in 2024
 
Our Redzone offence has been shit all year. No one open all game, no surprise that INT came. MM showing why he shouldn't be in charge of play calling. Can't help but think it will be an issue all season.

Defence has been making mistakes on top of that. So much for riding them to victory.

Cards do seem to have the wood on us for some strange reason. Will need to get our Olinemen back next week. Definitely put back in our box
 
God, we just love to get ahead of ourselves and disappoint, don't we?

I know the defence stunk it up a bit, but geez Dak is just uninspiring. I know why Jerry traded for Trey Lance.
 
Play shit we deserve to lose.

In saying that though the Cards always seem to be a bogey team for us!

Diggs is a massive loss and enormous hole to cover though. On to next week and i am not phased by that brain fart on the road yet.
