Cats will finish 10th.
I just can't see us getting him.
Our first pick plus Bastinac/McKenzie for Sloane could be an option.
I wouldn't consider it any sort of factor. I'm not sure Carlton were successful when Judd jumped. It's a dangerous game but I'm writing them off as well. The likes of Bartel, Kelly, Mackie, Enright etc aren't what they used to be.
#whateverittakesWe could sell the slimming effect of our vertical stripes versus Geelong's unflattering horizontal ones. #graspingatstraws

Well yes. Definitely. I'll agree there.I meant in terms of being a premiership threat.
I mean seriously, shirley the thought of train surfing between North Melbourne and Kensington stations kicks hell out of actual surfing at Fairhaven Beach.
He is a free agent - we would not have to give anything.
Of course we go after him - no chance of getting him.

Tex as captain wasn't left field at all. Plenty of people here in Adelaide suggesting it was going to happen. Chad Cornes said it was a certainty a month ago. I've met Walker and he's certainly someone that has a natural charm and draws people to him. Don't be fooled by the country boy, laid back persona, he's a leader. The fact he got the gig ahead of Dangerfield doesn't means Dangerfield is a gone. If Crows have a good start to the year and get back to playing their best footy Danger may well stay.I think Tex Walker as Adelaide captain is totally left-field. Dangerfield as the next captain of Adelaide was one of the league's biggest no-brainers. That he didn't get it would suggest only one thing - he isn't playing for the Crows in 2016.
So there is 17 teams who would give their right arm to get a player like Patrick Dangerfield. What would we be prepared to give for him? For our list I reckon he'd make a us a premiership contender, if we aren't one already. Do we go after him? Has someone already got their teeth into him?

Give them McKenzie.
