There's nothing wrong with leaking the photos. These couldn't influence a jury at all, or cause any speculation. None whatsoever. And if he was a law-abiding citizen there'd be no reason to speculate anyway, right? He must be guilty. I heard he puts things up his butt and videotapes it, not at all embarrassing for his kids to read that. Not at all. And if he's going to put a wig on and put things up his butt then it makes sense that he'd import a few cheeky tonnes of MDMA from the Netherlands. No point asking his friendly local criminal to procure a shipment. Best just to cut out the middle man and save money. Got pay the bills somehow, right? How much is twelve tonnes of MDMA anyway? Must be pricey. I have heard this morning that the Police Officer involved with taking and releasing the photos has gotten the sack.
And rightfully so. There could be no other intention behind those images, other than to embarrass someone.

The other possible intention for taking and sharing the photos, even more reprehensible, is financial gain.

If the media paid for the photos, that adds a further level of grime to the whole matter.
