Same here adogsfan.Venting frustrations mostly. I have also applauded a few good things that he’s done too.
Is that a fair answer?
I’m assuming, your question that you posed is genuine and that you wanted to start a legit conversation from it?
If so, I find it strange that a moderator has laughed at the first answer to your question. Kinda defeats the purpose.
Posted a lot in here a lot from COVID where many of the more extreme decisions were hyper-conservative and on the presumption that we had an unlimited supply of money (although some still think that government debt is unlimited and that we can just print our way out of debt, despite the fact we don't print money in Victoria anymore).
Dan does some good no doubt. He's not benign that's for sure and he's had some hits.
My main gripe with him is that he can't count. Takes on idiotic amounts of debt during overcooked lockdowns, has taken on every infrastructure project known to man like he's accumulating properties in a game of Monopoly, then threw the Comm Games hand grenade in to boot and has blown out the public service to a lever that he now has to put a flame thrower through it.
Good intent is one thing and I do think he has mostly good intent. But the ability to deliver on time and on money (within reason) is integral to this and he fails time and time again on this front. Thus the frustration arises with regularity and thus we are regular ventors/posters in this thread.
