Is that like homing pigeons? So naturally, you are against homing grannys now?

Daniel and Catherine Andrews have failed to hand over a single document in relation to a near-fatal 2013 car crash with a teenage cyclist.
The former premier and his wife had until Wednesday to surrender their mobile phone and credit card records under a Supreme Court order, but lawyers for the couple now say they are “unable to produce any of them”.
The weird part for me is he fought in court to not release them which then saw him forced to pay legal costs by the court. Why not state you don't have them immediately? He doesn't have mobile phone records from 11 years ago? Credit card statements?
Criminal!

They should lock him down
What's the legal time limit? 7 years isn't it?He doesn't have mobile phone records from 11 years ago? Credit card statements?

Great revisionist history lesson. He crippled the services in the state for his precious surplus that the state is still paying the price for. There's a reason we have a shortage of Nurses and Teachers and those gaps that need to be filled take decades once you wipe away years of progress. He's legacy starts and ends with Fed square and CityLink.Unlike Dan whose AC was fast tracked for no good reason, Jeff got his AC years after leaving Politics and it was for chairing Beyond Blue and for transforming Victoria from a depressed, rust bucket state into a thriving economic powerhouse free of debt.
How old were you in 1992? Or do you suffer the same memory loss as your hero, Dan?
That was only way to fix the issues was it? It gave him an excuse to implement his ideology under the guise of fixing the mess. Had no interest in the ramifications of those decisions either he shutdown any sort of backlash around anything he did. He was far more authoritarian than Dan ever was. Everyone in in his own party was terrified of himShort term sugar hit that got Victoria out of a spiralling deep recession. Victoria was called a “rust bucket” under Cain and Kirner. Remember State Bank? Or Pyramid Building Society?
Sitting behind a computer all day doing graphs. Few years at uni and voila your in a well paying job. Bit rich for people to complain about anyone in the construction industry who are actually building things with their bare hands.Being a white collar worker doesn’t mean you need lots of skills either
There are different degrees of white collar workers. The ones who dont need skills dont get paid much. Those who just draw graphs are either first year out of uni grads or people working from india on below minimum wage.Sitting behind a computer all day doing graphs. Skills for a specific area of expertise yes. Which is what they study at Uni. There's plenty of white collar jobs where nobody actually knows what the job actually is even if they tell you. Is it critical or essential? Dunno, does it take in big money? Quite frequently yes. It's analytical skills required for a very specific role but that doesn't make it more essential or critical than construction. There's a reason pretty much every white collar worker WFH during Covid. There are different degrees of white collar workers. The ones who dont need skills dont get paid much. The ones that do get paid well tend to need skills.
As others have said why fight tooth and nail NOT to release the records if he didn’t have them anyway? What's the legal time limit? 7 years isn't it?
Because Dan is a narcisst who just wants to winAs others have said why fight tooth and nail NOT to release the records if he didn’t have them anyway?
