AFLW 2024 - Round 9 - Indigenous Round - Chat, game threads, injury lists, team lineups and more.
He's a bit similar to Mihocek these days. Super low value given up to nab him, and besides time missed with injury has been very reliable. He's in career best form. He's become far better than he has any right to be. If that makes sense. A spare parts tall traded for pick 56 after only one game for the Swans is now a sneaky top 5 AFL ruck.
Outrageously good business, and he's just kept improving every year he's been on our list. Long may it continue
He's played well all year, imo.Best Game I seen him play.
Dominated in the Ruck and took some Strong Marks around the Ground
He’s been a good player for us in the ruck. Doesn’t hit the scoreboard like he did but I’m a fan.Like Mihocek, an unvarnished rock.
He is a mid-to high quality performer, however his real value is his consistency and resilience
He's playing well, but it is Gawn and then daylight for AA this yearBanging down the door for All Australian selection
Marshall is good. He's playing well, but it is Gawn and then daylight for AA this year
He is, but Gawn is having his best season in years IMOMarshall is good.
Who else started praying last night every time Darcy looked like he was hurt?
"Please no, please no "
He got a couple of knocks to the head last night, and at one stage I think he was also holding his ribs.. very nerve-wracking watching him knowing he's our only ruck left.I swear every game he gets a knee to the back of the head... no idea how he hasnt been concussed yet.
He always just stands under the ball with great bravery
What about the Roo!He got a couple of knocks to the head last night, and at one stage I think he was also holding his ribs.. very nerve-wracking watching him knowing he's our only ruck left.
What about the Roo!
God help us if anything happens to him.I'm delighted with his season so far.
Though I thought it odd the other night how many times after a marking contest he pulled away as if he'd been poked in the eye.
