I am not sure he ought to get a longer contract myself and I don,t think we can rely on his body at all, after reading what Buckley surmised about latest injury he sounds like he is running out of patience also.I would not pick him again this season his injuries have just destroyed our chances in a few games.

I was at the VFL game when Darcy did his first one for us...…...it was actually a really bad one like the Treloar one IMO.

This year reminds me of Buckley's last year as a player...…...he would rehab and then break down. Not sure how many hammy's he did that year.
Only when they decided to open him up did they find an issue that wasn't coming up on the scans.

I wonder whether its time to do the same with Darcy? We really need to get to the bottom of this.
Whatever they are doing isn't working.

I do not think we can afford the luxury of picking him again this season if they do re sign him they will have to get his body right.
If he needs surgery it must be done now, what I don,t want to see is they rest him and then decide in november or december he needs surgery.
Those hammies finished Buck,s career sadly.

Something has to be done

I've pointed out he's body hasn't recovered from his early teen hip problems and guess what

It's all connected and its going to keep happening

He's damaged goods

We can't risk playing him

Time to cut our loses

(Sure moved well though comming off) , so who knows , looked ? But walshy was livid

. Recieved great support from the club for 9 years
. Wants a pay rise based on a small body of work overshadowed by his fragility , shouldn't get one
. Even represented us grand final sprint first year( free tickets)

Don't care if he stays or goes

Plays Loose as a backman and plays like he's still super athletic and his body simply can't handle that

Its becoming pshco sematic as it does with multiple occurances
It's starting to become a soap opera

So, you are suggesting that Moore's hamstring concerns are being caused by Moore's concerns about his hamstrings? Interesting stuff.

Yep
You know exactly what I'm saying

Either his bodies not suited
Or his awareness is too high ( bad advice)

Combination of both

He won't be the first guy nor the last

We know you don't rate him Darkyp but you joined a lot of dots there.

I am sure Darcy would prefer to be on the field playing rather than in the rehab room.

Well to be honest it does have a pixies feel about it(where is my mind). We have had enough real injuries this year to be carrying a player who thinks he might be injured.
He has cost us good chances in at least 2 games this year 1 where he was injured and don,t forget the fiasco where he injured himself in the warmup 3 weeks ago I don,t think we should pick him again this season as either his body is not right or he thinks his body is not right either way it is a recipe for disaster.

Didn’t see the Walsh thing. Why was he livid?

Commentator asked a dumb question.

He wasn't angry at Moore...….Darkyp is just adding a bit too much sauce to his story.

To be honest, I'm not really sure about what you're saying at all. On the one hand you imply that Moore's injuries are all in his head, or even that he's making them up, and then on the other hand you suggest that his body is genuinely 'cooked' and that we should trade him ASAP. It's all a bit confusing.

Dots more like facts

Cut the romantisicm call it as it is

I have
Shame but that's how it is

I know he'd prefer to play thats hardly the point

Lots costing us games , finals and chance at flags

I still remember Bucks last game when he sprinted to wing and his hammy went

IIRC it was seven.

Nothing to do with romance mate...….I want our most talented players on the pitch.

Darcy is one of our most talented.

Darky sauce
Hot and spicy

IIRC it was seven.

Wow that many?
If I am not mistaken he said to Butters he was going to do it his way at the end because the cotton wool approach wasn't working.

The reality was Bucks was very durable all through his 20's and 30's...….his problems happened at the end.

Unfortunately Darcy isn't even 23 and has had too many.

For those struggling to comprehend

When you have a constant problem with the same body part 99% of the time the battle is mental
So it's always a combo of physical and mental

I've done 3 acls , the rehab the constant doubt
Also done plenty of soft tissues

Me I wouldn't have taken him at pick 9 with his injury profile nor freeman nor shaz
All missed junior footy through body issues

And that affects future output as proven

So far assesment in a business sense

Risk. High
Reward low

disagree but your calls yours
Perfectly executed question IMO

Certainly looked frustrated and annoyed

Not the first time I've seen him like that either

If the body part where you are having the problem is your brain, then maybe yes. But for other body parts, i would put the figure at less than 99%.
