I wonder which part is more factual, partner or contract or just wants out?

If the club came to the party, the issue of his partner in Sydney would still be an issue.

Don't know what to think, just hope he stays as a very important part of our future I believe.

If we secured a top 5 pick this year I’d hate it if the club didn’t take it to the draft.
Top 5 for May?!!!! FFS.
Yeah if we were able to grab a top 5 pick this year I’d prefer us to try to nab Lukosious or one of the King twins tbh.

Seems like a shitty reason tbh. There’s no reason his partner couldn’t move to Melbourne. I’m sure Darcy is the higher earner of the two.

Why?

Buddy did it.

Agree. BTW, I've heard that Moore thinks he's too sore to play against WC so getting a game in the finals won't swing it.

He's procrastinated all season because clearly the Swans have got a guarantee from him. They did a similar thing with Davis

Swans work in a covert manner. It annoys me that every year they secure talented targets from other clubs as well as young academy draft picks.

No wonder they stay at the top.

Pretty sure that wasn’t the reason Buddy moved to Sydney.

Pretty sure it was.

Don't underestimate the power of the pussy (apologise if that saying offended anyone not my intention)
It can turn macho men into mush.

May said he's going nowhere.
In that channel 7 interview when asked if he was staying at the Gold Coast next year he said “umm, I think so” with a smile on his face. We might as well stop chasing him then, sounds like he’s going to die with his Suns jumper on with such an unequivocal retort. {<sarcasm font}

Re the Pick 5 they’re asking for, the first rule of bargaining is to never go in with your final hand up front. Clubs always posture like that (like the Crows did with Danger) but the reality is if a bloke really doesn’t want to play for your club anymore you end up meeting the other club’s offer in the middle.

Franklin asked Pickering to get him to Sydney after the 2012 GF. He didn’t start dating Campbell until mid 2013. She was not the driving factor behind his move.

I'd be more concerned about what he can do for us this year rather next year.If he's hell bent on going,as some suggest, then we might as well get the most out of him while he's still here.He can help us win the premiership, starting next Saturday by playing against the Eagles.

Sorry mate you're wrong.

May said he was open to moving if Gold Coast initiated it after seemingly committing to the Suns.

They stay at the top but since this trend began have never won it. Don't you think that without the salary cap wasted on Tippett they'd have secured 2014 or 2016 rather than getting blasted out of the park? Even last year they put up a pretty pathetic showing in finals. They've stunted their future by forcing Mitchell out the door to accommodate Buddy. It's poor list management. The same will happen to Richmond if they get Lynch, but on a larger scale with the contract also currently being paid to Martin. It's why they absolutely /must/ win this and next year because they won't be challenging after that with their cap pressure IMO. Of course if they do then it'll have been well worth it, but if they don't? There goes another 5 years.

+1

Buddy’s quality of life up here would be a world ahead of what he had in Melbourne.

He is worshipped up here like a god, even by (especially by) the local media. And AFL is niche so he enjoys a far greater degree of freedom in public.

So why didn't he go to GWS like the AFL "demanded"?

Collingwood’s tentacles reach far and wide and I’d assume that our club would know exactly what has been going on.

I dont see anything wrong with me saying there’s a hamper waiting for him on his motel bed

Around the time of the planned footy show announcement

You posted a lot about Darcy mate it's hard to keep up. :p

Same principle why the need to mention it?
Give it a rest PC Police, if there is nothing wrong with it, which there isn't by the way, then why the need to defend it? Or are you just trying to start an argument, we all know about his alternative lifestyle, so what
