Why would a scout be privy to contract talks

What you don't think they talk to Derrick "LIST MANAGAER" Hine about whether they are likely to need to replace him or if there prized pick looks likely to sook out to home sickness.

I guarantee you the Hierarchy at the club would know where he is likely at, it seems they are confident he is staying BUT if he does leave they would seemingly be just as surprised as us.

Wish he would keep his feet and not over commit in every contest.

That will come with Experience.
Love has a Crack though.

Holding Feet should come when he grow into his Body

Well what about Reid? Barley been seen as well.

I said he probably get Dropped
He's playing in the backline and actually keeping his feet. Stupid comparison

I'm the opposite.

I absolutely detested the idea of bringing in Moore, as I thought he was nowhere near ready.

I'll eat my own words. Everytime you see him in a contest, you can tell he goes to a higher degree of effort than any other player.

The most positive sign is that he attempts to mark the ball at the highest point each time as well.

Even when he was alone in the inside 50, ball was coming down, most players would just stay flat footed and take a chest mark since there was no contest. He goes up and marks at the highest point.

Had an impressive second half. Seemed to be losing his feet any time the ball came close in the first, but credit to him, he kept his head up and was rewarded for effort in the second.

I still maintain that White would have been the better choice for tonight's game, but what's done is done. May as well play him for the rest of the year now that finals are an impossibility.

The kid was really good tonight.

Love his effort, the athleticism is off the charts, he has skills and when he learns to harness it all he'll be a jet. One thing about him is that he just oozes leadership as well. He's exceeded all expectations for mine this year and I'm thrilled for him in an otherwise disappointing year.

He will captain Collingwood one day of that I am sure.

I agree 100%. It seems that not only does he want to contest and win everything, but with the most fundamentally perfect technique in all aspects. Even the way he gallops quickly back from the mark when he takes one is impressive. This kid is 100% the real deal. Forget rocca, tarrant cloke etc he will be the best

Had a cracker I thought. 15 disposals and 7 marks. Should have marked that one the line for another goal too. Love that he just has a crack at every opportunity. He won a hard ball in our F50 that locked it in which was just awesome.

Repayed the faith and keeps White out for another week.

Still so much Upside in Moore:eek:

Moore was very good TD and in hindsight I was wrong to doubt him. White will probably come in next week anyway with Brown likely to be suspended. One thing for sure is that Moore won't be playing any more VFL footy unless it is a final.

I dont think it was a matter of doubting him rather than being concerned about rucking

I agree there, definately didnt want him rucking and still concerned about it.

Kid is so fierce at the contest, love that. Coupled that with his obvious athletic ability and marking strengths and we hav a player opposition clubs will be drooling over for the next decade.

There's massive concern for me about him rucking with his current frame but he does have some skills there - must be genetics.

I'd just prefer not to expose him too much to it for a couple of preseasons which I think is everyone's concern and the only reason White would be in the discussion.

The boy has some skills though.

I was wrong about last night. But we still lost so I don't even care
