I have never been more happy for a 6 disposal game. He also had 4 marks in that. His competitiveness and desire are amazing. Wait til he develops his body. We have won the 2014 draft just with him.
Darcy could get 8 disposals and have a better game than a 30 disposal one from Sidebottom
and the **** of an elephant so I've heard....
Marking on the lead with arms fully stretched at full tilt would be bloody tough. Tougher when your 200cm. Very happy with his overall game even though he didn't have much of it. Not sure he's ever going to be a huge stats winner but he'll have high hurt factor with his touches.
Good move by the coaches to play him one out this game. He'll learn plenty from it. Jesse White would have just got in his way.

Scout has always been very reliable when it comes to trade talk like this. If he says Berg is going nowhere I'm inclined to take his word for it.

His Willingness to get to a Contents and Make a Contest is fantastic to see from such a Young Player. Numbers should come in Time.
He had 2-3 Efforts in the Maynard Goal. Got to the Marking Contest then got the Handball to him.

How about the Crisp goal. Berg kicks it, lands over Moore's head & he just willed himself gave it all at the contest and Crisp finished off with the goal.

He is Nearly taking Marks and getting Possessions. Falling over a tad but I think that is because he has not grown into his Body Yet.
Might get sent down to VFL for the Final Games and Final Series this year.
Hope for a Huge Pre-Season Injury Free 2016 Season and He can have a Huge Start to that Season and hopefully a huge season and a run at the Rising Star Award in 2016

Glad you've seen the light Dave. You can't fault the kids endeavour, but he's just not there yet. I think a VFL finals series and another preseason in the gym will do him a world of good.

He couldn't make the distance from 30 meters out. 30 meters. White would be crucified for that.
