I see a team with the right mix of talent in position, experience, and age profile. We have spirit, we are united, we are hungry, we are well coached and we are now a club which is exceptionally well managed.

It’s all before us, and the only thing that can stop us would be injuries at the wrong time to key personnel.

I have attended 12 grand finals but been a passionate supporter during a period when we have played in 15 grand finals for 2 wins, 2 draws and 11 losses. Pardon me for feeling a little trepidation.

But having said that,if we can stay top two and have all our finals in Melbourne,then we’ve got as good a chance as anyone.The MCG has become a fortress for us in the last year or so.I think we’ve only lost two games there in that time,both by under a goal.Other clubs should fear us when they play us at the MCG,
