I did a Melbourne one on Photoshop to see how it looks:

I think it looks alright?

It's not bad (a bit dark) but you need to make sure the texture goes over the top of the logos as well. Nice first effort

Thanks Gibbsy. Yeah, a bit dark, but it will do for a first try I think.
I was having trouble with the logos. I got the right darkness for it, now to just to get the texture...
Should I put the texture over the top of everything? Or just keep it as the background, therefore adjusting the opacity for everything?

For some reason, my colours that I put to the colour palette thing in Photoshop went, weird...
