Beleive what you want eddie as 99% of your posts are rubbish

and Mark T, Richmond had Coughlan down IF he was still avaliable..... he was and the rest is history.

The only rubbish around here is Richmond supporters and their blinded views of the Clokes as they have believed some bull******** version of events.

The process of getting jason was longer and more complicated than what crap Richmond supporters believe

Maybe so eddie, but Richmond had to make a decision on whether we took J Cloke under the Father son or do we take a midfielder (not just cogs but cogs was included) as we were desperately lacking in that area on the field.

I wouldnt change it even if given the chance. It's just a shame that Cloke SNR and his wife are just spiteful people.

Collingwood came out of it well but the question still lingers as per this article are 3 clokes on your list worth it for 1 good young kid at the end of the day.

I wonder when Daddy will have his next cry to the media?

That may well be but they had no idea whether he would be and in any case could have done any number of trades to get a similar daft pick to get both if they wanted to. They didn’t get Jason for better or worse and took who they though was the best available at the relevant pick. It turned out to be a good player so good on them but anything else is a furphy. My only issue is with those that say Richmond smartly chose Coughlan over Jason because they never had that choice to make under any circumstances or regardless of what the events surrounding Jason were.

And as I said, it wasnt Richmonds choice, they didnt pull out of the running to get Jase because Jase turned them down and to say the Clokes are spiteful over a non existant snub is bull********

The other crap about getting 1 for the others is even bigger load of crap. As a youngster Jason was seen as a good player and Trav had barely started playing football. We have 3 good players on our list through good hard work, Richmond played it wrong and thats why they missed out, in the end everyones happy

According to some who claim to know Jason, quite a few clubs are keen to get him on the books. Hard to beleive but there you go.

As for old man Cloke, grow up you jib.

I could tell you the real chain of events as they were nothing like that but I prefer to keep some things private

Jason will play AFL again, whether it be for Collingwood or another club, who knows but there is plenty of interest

if u prefer to keep things private then you should shut up. you can't just sprout some bs and then say you cant tell the full story cause that's a load of crock

and btw, no i dont think jason is getting alot of interest from otehr clubs

Bottom line is that Richmond came out better. :D
How so? Whatever happens with Jason he has already played a significant part in getting his team to a GF. Cameron has a lot ahead of him but also a long way to go. Travis really looks like a special and as a tall potentially (which is all you can say about anyone that has achieved as much as Travis or Coughlan) could have a huge impact. Right now I'd swap Jason for Coughlan in a heartbeat but I wouldn't swap Travis for Coughlan and Richmond's first draft pick and then some.

Why not you come here and sprout b/s all the time.

And I think you're side would show some interest in him, perhaps as a replacement for that "champ" Jon Hay

Presti is at CHB most weeks.

Hay - what a joke. 'Rod' is better than Hay.

You still know nothing dumb arse

I wish Mickey malthouse would build up Cameron and stick him in the forward line. Rather than done what he has and toned him down and used him as a ruckman(he simply is not a ruckman). I know Pies were/are stuck for a ruckman, but Cameron could be a huge forward if allowed to hit the weights and hard training.

Just my opinion, But hey.. thats why im not a coach!!!.

How about you go down to Lilydale station were all the others hang out and use drugs. I guess you dont need to as you most likely use them anyway. The clokes are ******** I would not want any one of them at Richmond. How much money is Jason on anyway?

I have always wanted Cameron played at CHF and left there to develop his game. The reality is the alternative ruckman this year has generally been a rookie new to the game that is too light, gets very few tap and when he goes get a tap rarely directs it. On top of that he has no impact around the ground. Necessity has seen Cameron play as an undersized ruckman. even so if you look at games Collingwood have had good patches in those periods correspond to Cameron rucking every time.

Next year I'd like to see Rocca at FF, Cameron at CHF, Fraser on a flank and Travis play CHB/FB/CHF/Ruck off the bench in order to get him used to various roles before he hopefully takes over CHB. Tarrant should be played out of a pocket and use on the wing. If Cameron doesn't make it at CHF then Travis should play CHF.

A pupil of mine. Yes. Big footy will be his calling. :D

read the article

" Cloke Sr said if Jason had to leave Collingwood he wouldnt be upset if he opted to go to the Tigers"

then it said somthen about playing in brisbane etc

"I have nothing against Richmond and if that happens well ive got no problems with that at all"

It was old news back then the tigers where keen on jason but then opted to take Cogs in stead thank ********... and we where interested in cam but we wheere basicly told to F off

You are trying to make us believe that you know exactly what happened. You have no idea. The Clokes themselves will tell you that Richmond did not opt for the father/son rule. They were told that if he went into the draft then they would look at him other than that they would not take the father/son option.. I think it was Westcoast or Adelaide that were interested in him if Collingwood didnt want him. That eddiesmith is 100% fact.
