Swan is always telling jokes. Has always been like that.

And the club didn't cost him a chance at back to back Brownlows. He cost himseld by being stupid and drinking during the year when he wasn't meant to.

Polled awfully well for a disinterested fella. He is probably the best gut runner in footy right now, credit where it is due please.

It's well known that Swan enjoys himself when out. The allusion by the OP that he was on something is probably not a huge leap of imagination, but as always, these claims are irrelevant. As far as I am aware footballers don't have to be perfect people

Swan would have been the one leading he charge after the game without doubt. I'd hate to think how many average humans could have been sunk by the grog Swan, Tarrant, Shaw, Johnson and Didak would have put away after getting the band back together after Friday's loss. Swan was his usual self on Monday night. No doubt a bit worse for wear, doing what had to be done but doing it at his own pace in his own style. He's a funny bloke that cleary thinks far too many people take a game far too seriously. I'd hate to see how many votes he poll if he plays 22 games and was really interested. As a player he's a great contrast to the coach. I'm just gald we can still have any size and type of person playing at the top level.
