I wouldnt "drop" Jolly.....but hes probably injured anyway.

We have cover for Jolly and Reid if they fail fitness tests..and Beams will get dropped.

Just checked the results and I can confirm that Collingwood just played their PF.

The Grand Final is next Saturday afternoon if anybody is interested. They will play that, then.

Brisbane 2003 (Injuries & Form) seems to be the best analogy to Collingwood's current predicament. Saints in 2009 also seems to fit. Both looked like winners at advanced stages of their respective Grand Finals. Did the pies just play their GF? No.

How do you figure? Pies have played gradually worse since they got belted by the Cats by 96 points in the last H&A round.

Agreed, the Pies have been progressively worsening as the season has progressed. This really is Geelongs last hurrah next week. You should win it. The decline will come thereafter. I know we said that about this season but it looks like there was some vapour left in the tank.
