Just got mine and very impressed. Makes a change from the usual thick drink that's so rich with a creamy texture.
Cola taste is a little unusual but good. For me making up a days supply with the electrolyte blend added and leaving it in the fridge to consume periodically will be brilliant.

Best thing, zero carb and 9.1g protein per 10g powder, that's heaps better than the standard 7.5g per 10g powder. This will be my new go to protein source from now on.
Sold. I'll order some today

Got my free sample of cola future whey and having it right now with chilled water.

Tastes exactly like a cola lolly, a bit sweet but not bad at all... Great option given I can't stand having vanilla/choc/caramel WPI with water..

Have had anxiety for years, sometimes mild, sometimes very bad to the point of having breakdowns.

Blood tests always good, or at least according to docs they were.

Started taking vitamin B complex that girlfriend bought for me.

Anxiety decreased significantly at a fairly quick rate. Thought it was coincidence, so stopped taking, anxiety crept back. Start taking them again, anxiety decreases.

I already eat a signicant amount of food each day that contains vitamin B.

Been experimenting for roughly a month.

Placebo?

That's a funny connection I wonder if there is any evidence to back it up or purely anecdotal..

Month isn't all that long.
Might just be placebo but if something is working roll with it
*edit*
Quick google search shows a multitude of studies showing B12 deficiency is linked to anxiety so might be something in it

Anyone ever used any of the INC products stocked at Chemist Warehouse ?
They've got there Shred Max Pro protein 2kgs for $29

I do normally get BN protein but figure that's decent value if its any good

Anyone used it before ?

The mind boggles

Best to just inject vitamin B12. It's OTC at all pharmacies no questions asked, they do get abit weird when you ask to buy syringes though, best buying them online. Have 1 injection a week for 1 month then a maintenance dosage of 1 shot every 6 - 8 weeks. There's a good book called Could it be B12.

Would be ideal, but I'm terrified of needles

few blokes at work swear by SARMS. im a bit skeptical, anyone have any reliable info?

Check page 2 on the main thread page.

One of the posters ran a cycle of SARMS and posted a few updates

I understand why guys take special enhancers but unless you are some kind of semi pro body builder the need to take them

Interesting. I have in the past used a little cordial in my intra-workout drink (to mask the taste of unflavoured BCAAs), interested to read any feedback if you try them.

Just grabbed some of that new whey from bulk nutrients
Went with lemonade flavor
Also grabbed some proviotics and some amped tabs

Been finding it hard to get a bit motivated and not pushing myself
Thought if i get a natural boost I might perk up

Not ASADA and wada compliant so I can't get a gig in the saints this week

Only grabbed it last night online
Prob be here early next week

Reviews rave about it being just like flavoured soda water and thats gotta be better than a bulky milky heavy dairy whey drink hopefully

I've also managed to drop about 7kg in two and a bit weeks
Just went lchf and hit ketosis.
All I ever eaten in the time frame is salad chicken turkey tuna sweet potato in small amounts, eggs
Basically no bread cereals or fruit
I will have some blueberries with Greek yog on the weekend tho.
Been feeling fine so I'll keep going
