Future Whey?

What is this

I just bought 5kg of WPI from Bulk Nutrients is that still the best value site/place?
I tried the cola sample very impressed, ordered a kilo of it see how I go.

Its just a protein shake that tastes like cola, for me it would make it more enjoyable and easier to stick with a routine with it.

I got a bag of both cola and lemonade.
Typically have a made up bottle (700m) of each a day + an electrolyte & Creatine drink.

I asked for a couple of samples and like the lemonade, wouldn't mind having a bag just to mix things up. I think it would be good to have on the hot summer days, not as "heavy" your normal WPI

How does Ginkgo help you to loose weight? I thought it was used for improving memory? Or did it help to remind you to take your other supplements ?

Anyone done a cut for stage ect What did you eat and for how long

Hydration cut ect how does it work?

I've done it, I didn't have a coach but had a mate who had competed before so got some tips of him.

There is no special food to eat that will burn fat more magically than anything else. You just need mind numbing stubbornness to stick to a diet for 12-16 weeks.

For me I started off at 95kg and dieted down to 78kg so basically 1kg a week for 18 weeks.

My food intake was very calculated I had spreadsheet to track my macros and calories and slowly reduce them week to week. If you scroll back through the memebers profile from Jan 2015 to May 2015 you will see my posts.

Any questions ask away.

******* hell how bloated are you??
hard to tell, my weight is fluctuating fairly wildly so I can't really use that as a guide

body doesn't look too puffy either so again hard to tell

I guess I won't know for sure until I stop taking it

One interesting upcoming change is that my old creatine is about to run out and I'll be switching to creapure which is meant to cause less water retention. See how we go

The least amount u can
I've just eliminated the obvious like cheeseburgers (the buns) lollies etc
Then really cut back on 'normal' foods you find the shit in
I'd have one satchet of raw sugar a day in a home made Iced coffee and no junk what so ever during the week, no biscuits with a cuppa...nothing
The most amount of sugar I would eat would be in a healthy Greek yogurt with straws or blueberries and then it's 99% natural

After watching the Sugar Film I went on a bit of a mission to cut the crap back
I still have a small espresso Dare (st kilda sponsor) every wed or thurs tho
Thats my one treat a week, my one cheat in liquid form.
The other cheat is a decent bakery pie

I even stopped eating any form of cereal

How many grams of sugar should we be trying to limit ourselves to keep in good shape?

I know theres a few assumptions needed to be made here

But in general whats a good amount.
The daily recommended intake is around 25-40 grams per day, but the least you have the better.
The least amount u can

I was exactly the same. Watched it and switched from lattes to long blacks with a bit of froth, cut out cereals, even boost juices (which i rarely had) a few minor changes and dropped 5kgs in just under a month without changing my training.
