The NSW Crime Commission recording played to the inquest on Thursday this week, had something on what was in that garage. Including drops (I assume this is drop sheets) & the FGF's tools.

the adjusted cctv time from the tennis club, had him traveling through to Lakewood at 8.40. he was captured on cctv in Lakewood parked at the woolworths carpark (I have never seen a time for that). his online video meeting with the Qld woman commenced at 9.17 (he had originally told a detective 9.15 but later changed the time to 9.17 during the same interview) (FM takes 5 photos between 9.35 and 9.37) and the meeting concluded at 9.56. he collected his script at the Khodary pharmacy at 10.19 and obtained a receipt. he stopped on the roadside at the order of a lollipop employee at roadworks and made a phone call at 10.23. He arrived at the Kendall shop at approx 10.28 and obtained a receipt for purchasing 2 newspapers. he sent the text to FM at precisely 10.30 'back in 5'. he arrived back at 48 Benaroon Drive at 10.35.

gymjam, I think you mean travelling through Kendall at 8:40, not Lakewood.

So starts call at 9:17 (would Craddock think this should be on his "Certain list" ?) This means he could have arrived and parked at 9:14. This means the trip from Tennis Club to Lakewood could have even been as long as 30 minutes, for a trip that should have only been about 5 minutes (total time from house 10 minutes). This is much longer than his return trip from Lakewood to Benaroon even taking into account stop for paper.

Return trip: Leaves pharmacy at 10:19 (certain). Back in car and driving at 10:20. Drives 8 minutes to newspaper shop. Then another 5 minutes to Benaroon drive. So his driving time coming back +/_ lollipop, is 13 minutes.

My personal view is that she is wrapping this up to a open finding. Talking about things which undermine the case against FM. There was no cadaver detection. No forensic. And there were people acting strange in the vicinity.

If there's any strong and damning evidence, it's probably going to be suppressed so as not to prejudice any future proceedings and/or possibly to protect identities.

I think they're being very, very careful about what the public is allowed to hear.

When the address is viewed in GE it is located immediately opposite to where the Cedar Loggers Lane search was done in 2018 led by Gary Jubelin.

The property at cnr of Batar Creek Rd and Cobb and Co Rd was known then as Summerwoods and RDA Kendall had the use of several paddocks and sheds. Summerwoods has always been at that property but the riding school may have been elsewhere in 2014.

I understand the property and nearby location was searched not due to its connection to the riding school, but due to its immediate location connection to where the FM had said she stopped driving and got out of the car. In one of his books - Badness, Gary Jubelin himself wrote that she got out of the car there. This is the ONLY time I have ever heard that the FM got out of the car to search and it is detailed by Jubelin himself.

Here is what he wrote (page 259 Kindle):
"One of the things that was raised with me in 2016, when we decided to re-interview the foster parents, was that his foster mother did drive down the road from the house that morning for a few hundred metres, then got out and ran around, apparently looking for the three-year-old." Note: text bolding by me

"Maybe she used the car to move his body, I was told."

"Maybe. But what would you do if your child went missing?"

The vehicle heard by the Crabbes doing a U turn in the FGM driveway, was on gravel. That would be the first driveway on the right as you approach the house, probably not the second concreted driveway where the carport is. IMO.

There's some loose stones on Benaroon Drive but I wouldn't call it gravel road.

Could have been the Savages driveway?
But if there were loose stones at the bottom of the FGM main driveway or even on the edges of the road it could still have made a gravelly sound? Maybe the driver was not experienced in the car or the driveway to execute a 3 point turn perfectly without hitting some gravel? Or maybe they were in a hurry?

Yep. I think it's one and the same property.

The cctv footage was verified as being 9-minutes out by the Rosann Taskforce. I think the 14 minutes was being used to track the truck driver wasn't it, to where his destination in Kendall town, near the op shop was where he explained he had traveled from Kew to wait for contact from the woman Michelle to find the address of where to go to next? IMO the 5 minutes could therefore be the calculated time (as there were no other cctvs available between the tennis club and the op shop) difference from the tennis club to his op shop location destination maybe?

Does this make sense?

Maybe the truck driver is relevant to FF’s movements?

It's nice of you to direct us down memory lane in search of the CCTV camera times information but those older posts don't mention it.

Do you know who decided the camera was 9 minutes slow, and who discovered that it was actually 14 minutes slow instead? Thanks.

I usually try and at least post about upcoming releases (Sep 2022) of books like this that could/ or are known to have info on this case in.

Don't think I did for this one, although I remember seeing it was coming out.

Had to check my Kindle collection just now to see if I'd purchased this one of Jubelin's books and forgotten about it, or forgotten to read it. Not in my Kindle library or Amazon purchases.

IMO The deputy coroner should be focused on determining whether William was alive or dead when he left FGMs house. It's a secondary concern HOW he left.

I remember it being discussed.
Problem is, it's Jubelin. He's no longer a cop, so it's hearsay. Unless it's documented in one of FMs various signed witness statements, FM could just deny ever saying that. Or she could say she doesn't remember, or even the old chestnut, "I don't know why I said that!“.

Way back in Jubelin's day there was a ground search done near BCR and Cedars Logging Lane. I don't think we ever found out what caused Jubelin to search that particular area?

If there is any damning evidence then it wouldn't have been refuted by lack of cadaver scent at Cobb & co nor lack of forensics there. You can't have it both ways. That location REMAINS the theory it seems..So no, case is shot

Doesn't mean she didn't hide the body. Just not there. Elsewhere
