• Apprehended Violence Orders on both (AVOs)
• Lying to the NSW Crime Commission on former foster mother *Not Guilty
• Lying to the NSW Crime Commission on former foster father *Not Guilty
• 2 x charges of assault against a child on former foster mother *Guilty
• 1 x charge of assault against a child on former foster father *Not Guilty
• Stalking &/or Intimidation on both *Guilty
• Dummy bidding real estate fraud *Guilty

That is not super relevant as the house was already sold before GJ took over the case.

I’ve just never seen the car port from that angle before.

The inquest is titled "Inquest into the death of William Tyrrell", not "Inquest into the possible death... " Therefore the starting premise is that William is deceased. IMO

Don't get excited. That photo is from months after William disappeared, or it wouldn't have Jubelin. House was already in the hands of new owners.

William would not get in that manhole by himself. But then that would be everyone's thought.
Same as not being able to lift the lower ground garage door.
3 year olds can open them, not all the way obviously but just enough for them to enter, my fact.
And did they say they didn't look and ruled that out.
Garage yes, manhole no.

Does anyone know about this?

Yes adoption was on the cards around the time of William disappearance. The bio parents were evidently unaware of this being proposed and were against it anyway. BA the FACS worker was involved with Fosters negotiating this.

Maybe she was interacting on Facebook when she claimed to be searching for William?

A bit like the Foster Father was peeling onions in the bathroom just before he was observed coming out of it in tears on the day William disappeared.

Is there any witness to the FF returning after his meeting and the "do you have William" conversation in the driveway?

It could be possible the neighbour Mrs Sharpley might have overheard that said because she was nearby when the FM made the 000 call.

It’s changed now to include the words “suspected death”.

I thought it was originally 'suspected' and that word was subsequently removed? But I haven't seen the latest listing. I guess the coroner can still find to that effect if they don't believe he's deceased.

From the back of my memory I think the Young Hope case worker Ben Atwood had a pre-scheduled phone hookup with a DOCS adoption team member Wendy ? at 1.30pm on 12th to discuss how to move forward as the foster parents were keen.

Not according to the testimony of the FM. She says she didn't visit Sharpley until after FF returned.

Is it a fact she was diagnosed with dementia? I’ve often wondered where this information came from.

Fgran died on 30 Dec 2020 and changed her Will on 27th to me that indicates she was not suffering from dementia.

Exactly. Possibly you can avoid if you are able to remove the battery. How do you think find my phone apps find a phone that’s off? Now we have air tags. You don’t need a SIM card to be able to locate devices.

And modern vehicles can certainly be tracked.
