What a massive disappointment. Worked the area with dogs and nothing!!

Well what that tells me is that the hiding happened much further away. No I don't think it exculpates her. I think it advances the option of further away and likely photos edits to give them time.

So what was she doing at Cobb & co then?. Had she thrown something and pulled over to turn around and come back? Perhaps
Looks like it's down to what the truck driver saw.

If she went as far as Cobb&Co Rd, who's to say she didn't go further? The timing window is there. Plenty of secluded spots along that Road, not much traffic, and the creek and bushland very close to the road. Even a couple of dams.
I know Jubelin's team searched as far as Cedars Logging Lane at one time. I wonder what led them there?
The area where he may have been driven by car and hidden even temporarily is huge.

Sgt Robyn Ross, the only data analyst on the strike force Rosann team over the past four years, told the court on Tuesday that by August 2024 there were over 1,700 persons of interest in the case. Of those, 732 were deemed low risk, while there were 79 outstanding names requiring analysis.

Given the volume of names, Ross said the team used government data to eliminate people without cars registered in their names and those without a licence.

Hmm, so no one dodgy who would steal a child would drive around unlicensed or in a unregistered vehicle?

Craddock said on Tuesday someone had “mentioned her name” as she was leaving court the previous day. He noted there was “no place for that in civil society”.

I wasn’t there so I didn’t see this incident, but if it is as simple as someone saying her name, what if it was an old friend or acquaintance, maybe one of the Lane Cove Ladies saying “hi”?

not just days but years. I doubt they would have been able to keep up a charade around her at home 24/7 for years before she was removed from their home.
If the FF didn’t know, then the foster daughter would never have overheard any conversations between them that would have indicated any criminal behaviour had occurred with respect to William.

Just saying. If the Fm has done something there is no indication that the FF knows.

IMHO

Why they may never find William......IMO

Omg what.

Looks like it's down to what the truck driver saw.
So, even though:
hours of listening to secret recordings of FPs
How many people checked in the local area?, mentioned above - 1,700!
CCTV and phone records and pings.
Search of the FGM's house.
Delayed search of FP's car and FGM's car.
The immediate search for lost William by police, SES, and the Kendall community
The later digs at the house, the riding school and cobb and Co
The arrest of the wrong people and payment of compensation ......etc ...the list goes on.
They have zip....

Except the truck driver.

Hardly, you can watch the video here

Right. Frank Abbott had no licence and claimed he didn't drive. But he did.

PS in fairness to the cops, if someone doesn't have a licence or a registered vehicle how the heck are the cops supposed to identify them or their vehicle?

The truck driver is likely to just say he saw her

Wonder how the other hundred of thousands of women who share FMs forename feel about that?

Meanwhile the woman ACCUSED of hurling abuse (neither charged with nor convicted of any crime) has her photograph plastered all over today's newspapers. Where is HER right to presumption of innocence or privacy? Summary justice for some, no justice for others.

If they don't even have cadaver indications then why on earth do they have a brief of evidence implicating her? How do they explain that? So are they arguing that he WAS there but the dogs missed it even though their own handler says they can detect scent from 70 metres away? What a load of rubbish!!!
I wonder if, once an inquest is begun, if it needs to be completed (by law).

Otherwise, they could have just adjourned indefinitely (or until some evidence came to light).

Yeah, surprised they even introduced cadaver dog evidence into the discussion at all. Even more surprised to find out they don't have any! They need something to connect Williams body or clothing to the suspect location along BCR. Then they can connect the dots. But without physical evidence linking William to that place, they don't have anything. FM went for a drive. She wasn't looking for William. That is suspicious but not a crime in and of itself.

Exactly. Their motive is all wrong.

Something about the police theory and this case is not sitting right with me.

Who in their right mind would get rid of the body of an 3 year old child and then be an active part of a 10 year campaign to find him for the purposes of keeping his sister in her custody?

Did she really care so little for that little boy and so much for his sister that she needed her to be with her at any cost?

Did she need that little girl so much that she was willing to risk her own future and career outcomes and reputation just to keep her at all costs?

How can you love one child so much more than another? It seems illogical and to me it feels all wrong.
What if she fought to keep FD not because she loved one child over another BUT! Because she needed coaching what to say? 😉

It’s a mystery, isn’t it. Maybe police have some compelling circumstantial evidence that we’ve not seen or heard of yet.

Records should be kept generally for ten years and this software was around when Cleo Smith was taken in 2021. So, seven years.

You're probably right though if I'm still somewhat optimistic. The truck driver might have logs as well to indicate what time he was on Batar Creek Road.
He certainly would have delivery invoices

She choose, of all places, at the public inquest, where it is well known that the Fosters can't be named , while the Fosters were walking by, to to yell at her by name etc, whilst all captured on video.

She gave up all her privacy IMO & was very stupid to do this.

She should be held in contempt IMO

Do a stupid thing in public, in front of the media & expect them not to not report it?

If anything she has helped them IMO

They already had their names. There’s plenty of ways to check on a person, their address and whereabouts.
