• Stalking &/or Intimidation on both *Guilty

This is actually not funny. There are people here who know and care about William’s family and loved ones. None of this is funny.

Well, the truck driver's evidence as reported seems completely irrelevant to the case and totally useless.
WHAT TIME was he on BCR? He didn't see FM. Nobody saw FM. So why was this guy called as a witness?
Does FM claim this is the "semi-trailer" she saw, or not? If so, why didn't he see her? If not, where is the driver of the "semi-trailer"?

IMO the point of the truck drivers evidence is relevant -
1. There were unknow cars driving in the area when WT went missing.
2. The truck driver saw an unknow car in the area where WT went missing and the driver was acting suspiciously.
This points to the fact that there were unknown cars/people in the area that were not noticed by the neighbors and could have been involved in WT's disappearance.

Who decides what is heard in a closed court? Is it requested by the person giving evidence, the police, the coroner? What reasons could be given? Who is present in a closed court? TIA
