Perhaps. The media painted a rather unflattering picture of her combined with outrageous speculation. I still remember the myth that they spread, 'Azaria means sacrifice in the desert'. What BS. Katherine Folbigg was another women whose affect seems to have got her wrongly convicted despite not one skerrick of evidence she murdered her children.
Added - in both cases there was a lack of interest looking at alternative explanations.

On a different note. In 2018, I moved to the Upper North Shore from a Regional centre. Long story, but I was watching the news and the William Tyrrell inquest came on in 2019. There was footage of the FM at our local shops. I soon realised after Sleuthing they lived just around the corner from us and wondered whether WT was in a preschool a few doors down from us.

Their house was super close to a bush track. My dog who I walked would always go off and try and find something down there in a ravine.

Every time I walked the dog, I wondered is that where William is. Evidence says he is north of Newcastle.

True story.

Correct, the coroner has already denied re-calling her. Told Mr Casselden SC for NSWPF to make another application. The same with Mr Meek

What was the context that it came up in. What question was asked and by whom. They appear to be very evasive in the answers. “Just believe me”. If this was only confirmed electronically then there are still issues imho. Just because the police say something does not mean they are correct. If they were correct would we have “spedding in jail”. I want to see evidence.

The speculation is supposedly what the abductor would have done. Her filling the gaps that it is perhaps land that currently has bush/ trees but which is capable of being rezoned and cleared is HIGHLY incriminating from statement analysis. She shouldn't know anything about where he may or may not be including he may even be 3 hrs north in some farmland paddock. It's indicative of where she placed him imo. He could be In a creek or river. He could be down a ravine in national park or buried in someone's backyard

No he is placed not buried in bushland that is capable to be cleared for residential use one day. Flat.

If I were SFR I would be going I over her history at Kendall with FGM to determine whether there were any regular places she went in and around the bush which became well known to her..People do what is familiar to them from their past experiences. Somewhere flat but high bush but still capable of navigating into from car access......and within 7.5 min drive of Benaroon drive.

Wherever it was imo it was thick enough that she snagged her hand penetrating to the point of placement.

What was that place that FA said there was cadaver stench at ? Was it within 7.5 min drive? Logan's crossing was it? How far away?

The police case to this point is nonsense. I agree people are clutching every nuance of her testimony and are turning an anthill into a mountain.

The only aspect I see as important is the warm bonnet and that she omitted the drive in her first statement. I think this is the only red flag imho.

We have two weeks of hearings in December. Are we going to hear any real evidence? As others have suggested are they clearing the decks? I guess we will have to wait a month.

Just explaining my own questioning: for an answer to be presented along the lines of "just trust us, you don't need to know" sounds more like something the police would say, not the counsel or coroner.

I do wonder how accessible the other part of Benaroon drive is. Many have said you need a 4wd, but I’m wondering if under certain conditions you could drive a certain distance in a Mazda. I remember taking my besties barina on supposed 4wd only roads.

It's quite rugged. I think anybody wanting to dispose of a body would stay out of anywhere that might damage the vehicle or kick up a heap of dirt and dust where it would look obvious the car had been taken off road.

Agree. But there does appear to be foot access, and it's only a very short distance between the end of Ellendale and the open part of the cemetery, to which there is easy vehicle access from the main entrance.
It would seem if someone entered from Ellendale with William, they would need to hide him temporarily somewhere close by and move him later, or hand him over to someone with a vehicle, or both.

I think there's at least two tracks to the cemetery. One clearly visible on maps and one behind the houses through the forest. One I can't see on a map, but it goes from the end of the bitumen on Benaroon Dr behind the Ellendale Dr houses. I think there is also another one that goes from the end of the bitumen at Ellendale Dr.

But I have no issue with people posting opinions and theories as long as they are prepared to justify them and defend them when challenged.
It is not helpful when people keep bringing up things which have already been discussed ad infinitum - unless there is new information not previously considered. It's exhausting and distracting to keep going over old ground when there's nothing new.

A lot of the questions were centered around when the last photo was taken, which was stated @ 9:37, the famous "roar" photo.

The only advice I should give is be aware of where you tread. There are a few massive rabbit holes you might disappear down if not careful. No names
