Dan Box has dropped Ep5 (1 hour) of his William Tyrrell podcast series summing up the weeks inquest hearings.

I’m trying to work out why FM was asked why she waited 20 minutes to phone 000, when originally it was said that the normal time is two hours.

Sophie Callan SC

Correct, the coroner has already denied re-calling her. Told Mr Casselden SC for NSWPF to make another application. The same with Mr Meek

Correct

No explanation given. But Clearly they were working on the time from the last photo taken @ 9:37am 12/9/2014

Looking forward to it too.

There were many questions. I have you one example. I don't think the NSW CC would be putting incorrect information to the witness. Again, the photos are correct

Sorry I was not able to reply, I have a life, work & sleep. This is the first time I've been back on the forum

Off Misty Way Logan's Creek on the hill

Not correct. It's one week. 16 - 20th Dec 2014

Could of fooled me

No evidence has even been given about Male Foster washing his car that I know of

True. It has like huge speed humps. A police car actually got stuck the first day.

I believe he would have been found that day. It was extensively searched.

Nope. See above reply

Maybe "that" poster was at work & than sleeping, But is now awake & replying.

Correct

It is a fact

Great. Than you know the photos are correct!

Just me, I'm not anyone you think I might be ....geez

What I have posted is fact. But if this is the way I am treated , I just won't post anymore, no skin off my nose really.

Thanks

So, I think I have replied to you all, sorry you obviously missed me ( sarcasm )

Not sure I'll bother posting anymore as I clearly can't meet your demands in a timely fashion, or you try to ridicule me.
Every one of the posters have been roasted at some point. That does not mean we are not interested in your view. If you have followed this case from day dot it becomes tedious, harrowing, frustrating, we get sick of hearing lies, and being mistreated as simpletons from the carers who looked after William for two and a half years minus time spent at pre school.

I wouldn't wait two hours if I was missing a three year old.

I'd have been on the phone within five minutes to my husband if he was on the road and I'd be telling him to look out for him and to pull over anybody who looked suspicious, on any pretext.

Maybe some one has to go down the rabbit hole to find the carrot because nothing is being solved up to date.
I hate to say it.

The two hours is an average that includes teenagers.

A 3 year old is an entirely different matter.
Yes agree and I’ve said that myself in previous posts. I’d be ringing once I’d searched the immediate area, but
the court said 2 hours at the start and then questioned the 20 minutes.
Might be to do with what they think she did in that 20 mins maybe or the timings out.

You try and find them because you know they have just wandered. That's what everyone does..You don't resort to worse case you go searching knowing that you'll find them especially in a place where no one comes. When you've exhausted choices you then start to panic and think the worse. That's why the average time is 2 hours. it's a last resort and becomes a realisation they are genuinely gone in serious way.

And if you suspect an abduction? Do you wait at all? It's like reporting a crime. If you come home and find the door wide open and stuff in a mess, do you go for a drive looking for the burglars first, or ask your neighbours first, or do a thorough inventory of what's missing first, or do you ring the cops straight away?

Would there be anywhere around the cemetery where William may have been hidden either permanently or temporarily? FM drove somewhere, maybe not into the bush as the car would have been dirty. Maybe she turned left on Ellendale and took him to the cemetery area. She would be there in a minute. The cemetery is accessible by vehicle from the other side. This would explain why nobody witnessed her on Batar Creek Road, including Peter the truckie. Maybe when the 000 operator asked about "Ellendale", this was triggering, so she pretended not to know the name of the street? Then years later, recounting the drive, she originally says she turned "left", and needed to be corrected that the riding school was "right" on BCR.
I don't know the layout of the cemetery or its surrounds. Not suggesting William is buried there, but maybe there was a suitable location to hide his body before moving it elsewhere.

What Riding School was ‘Right’ on to Batar Creek Road ?

The Camden Show Society had a riding school / pony club I think at 23 Batar Creek Road - that would be turning Left from Benaroon on to BCR I think.

Turning Left could also have taken her to the Riding for the Disabled at 29 The Old Coach Rd, Batar Creek ( probably a 6 minute drive)

Or is it the Police theory that she didn’t go near a riding school ?

I’m so confused 🫤 …. even more than usual !

The police case to this point is nonsense. I agree people are clutching every nuance of her testimony and are turning an anthill into a mountain.

The only aspect I see as important is the warm bonnet and that she omitted the drive in her first statement. I think this is the only red flag imho.

We have two weeks of hearings in December. Are we going to hear any real evidence? As others have suggested are they clearing the decks? I guess we will have to wait a month.
I think we need to discount the idea of a ‘warm bonnet’ even though I brought it up a while back.
I’ve searched for a reference to support the fact but cannot find it.
Can’t find Const Rowley’s complete testament at the earlier inquest
I’ve even looked though old posts where it was discussed, but no one seemed to have a ‘source’ that I could find.

I wouldn’t wait two hours myself. He’s 3.
The court stated that it was normally two hours (anyone would think being taken is a possible scenario amongst many others.)
Why would the court change the goal post.

The cops have told journalists that this is a real thing.

You can discount it but I think it’s true.

It still seems a bit chaotic and senseless but there's a heavy secrecy around elements of the investigation and caution is high under the watch of the fosters lawyers.

We're still not getting the whole story, I just hope the Coroner is.

Thanks for doing all that checking for us. Appreciated..

Come on every one you are smart people.

Who are these personalities? They have not materialised from the 12th.
What and who has made them good or bad people they are?

There is an answer.

The only true fact is William existed. He is dead or is still alive

Oh yes! The Isabella Rose Weildon case she died and was pushed around for days in a pram. Pick your source there are plenty. If this is true anything is possible.

Also pools, baths, creeks, bush land, traffic, accident and yet Craddock said the average time is 2 hours.
