went last night. a carlton home game on a fine night at the G against the mortal enemy about to get its deserved whack and a lousy 53k show up. i went with the intention of following carlton, but couldnt do it. just watched as an impartial spectator, laughing at every mistake from either club - AND THERE WERE PLENTY. not a spectacle thats for sure. only the result saved it.

i did take some pleasure in noting that at 9.40pm on August 24 2013 james 'the turd' hird walked off the G for the last time. never to return. asada will make sure of that very soon.

I was happy with the booing levels, our Blue fans didn't disappoint. I was actually a little underwhelmed recently when the Pies played them, I expected the booing to be much louder and constant.
Last night there was no shortage of booing and Jab Watscum got his right serve EVERYTIME he went near the ball, so that was nice.
Just a shame none of our players could kick through the ****ing sticks.
