Bail not applied for in the first court hearing this morning.
Next Court appearance in November.
The big question is whether she will try and take the stand in a trial, in order to further attempt to lay blame on her ex-employer (NSW Government) and the NSW Justice System in relation to her failed historical employment legal action will be interesting.

I can well understand concerns that the current strategy appears to be more about appealing to women voters in general, than a more multi-pronged approach to reducing domestic violence.
The blowback of which is possibly the opposition focusing on appealing more to make voters in general.

Christopher Thomas Dimer has been sentenced to life in prison with a minimum non-parole period of 20 years for murdering his partner Shauna Lee Rose Headland at a townhouse in the Perth suburb of Nollamara in March 2022. Dimer had claimed a knife fell from where it was wedged into a window frame to hold up a curtain and went straight into Ms Headland's neck, telling police he had tried and failed to catch it as it fell. He was found guilty of murdering Ms Headland in a jury trial earlier this year.
In sentencing, Justice Joseph McGrath, rejected Dimer's explanation of events, finding he instead had picked up the knife and stabbed Ms Headland during an argument which turned violent. The court heard she had previously suffered domestic violence at his hands, including one instance where he drank a bottle of whisky and punched her repeatedly in the face at a Perth train station in 2020.
It was revealed in the WA Supreme Court today that Dimer had a more extensive history of violence against two other former partners, including an attack on another woman in 2020 and an instance in 2015 when he pushed his then partner into oncoming traffic while she was in her wheelchair. He then claimed that woman had made the allegation up but ultimately pleaded guilty.

... WA is one of the only states in Australia that has not criminalised coercive control. The state government has not said when it will introduce such legislation, and there is little time remaining to do so before the end of the year. Minister for the Prevention of Family and Domestic Violence Sabine Winton said the government was prioritising the issue.

With NSW's new coercive control laws, it might not be too long before the "Ralph" in the below is charged.
However, in case's like this, where there/if is no evidence that "Ralph" is a danger to anyone other than the family of "Ralph, the only fail-safe way to make "Ralph"s family victims safe, without disrupting their lives too much (like relocating them overseas with new identities) would be to lock "Ralph" up for a long time. And then only release him when his victims are all satisfied that they will be safe enough upon his release.

The police-led unit was set up a decade ago and is made up of members from various state government agencies including child protection, housing, human services, education, corrections and health, as well as non-government organisation, Women's Safety Services SA.
SA Police persistently refused to publicly release the the inquiry findings on the grounds that it disclosed confidential information about police methodology However, the document was eventually handed over this week after the SA Ombudsman determined it was not exempt from FOI laws.
It comes as SA's Royal Commission into Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence enters its second day of public hearings.
