Gday everyone,

This is actually my first post to Bigfooty.com. Seems to be a great, fun and interactive site. Most members are willing to have a good constructive discussion about footy.

I am eager to join a league, 09 being my inaugural yeah into the DT competition. I have not yet recorded a score in form of the fantasy game. Let me know how I go and what league i could fit into. My footy knowledge is someone limited at the moment, just going on what i pick up from here.

Welcome to BigFooty Adam, I hope you enjoy your BigFooty experience.

I am keen to include you in our competition but I will need assurances from you that you will remain steadfast in tour dedication to your team - so that you don't let your league down. No matter how badly you think you are going - you will stick to it until the end (I'm not assuming that you will go badly - just establishing a house rule here - everyone who enters this competition is committing to the entire season of playing DT to the utmost of their ability).

If at some stage you do feel you need help PM me and if I don't think I can help you - I can at least point you to the person who can - Kildonan.

You will be placed in a league with several other new players - so many of you will be new at this, but your goal is to establish a decent score and develop some skills that will allow you to climb up the BF ranks into a more competitive league.

I offered you a spot in last year's comp and you did not reply. You have hardly posted in between then and now, and I have no evidence of your performance in DT except your word for it. How would your league mates feel if I gave you a chance on that flimsy evidence and you let them down. This competition is about commitment - not only to prove yourself as a skilled DTer - but also about your reliability for your league. I have as yet no proof of either. There are spots left but I'm afraid I can't offer you one in a league at the level you were hoping for, but you will get your chance to prove your mettle in a slightly lower league - K
